Amber left Spain to L.A to make impact in her music career but unknowing to her that just one track of her song was going to make her a number one top best celebrity in the whole of America, but it didn't happened overnight, it was with the help of someone. 

On the other hand was a big fan and lover of music, Gavin Warren, a native of Los Angeles CA USA. Gavin is an handsome, beefy, buff, strict, cruel, cold, grumpy and arrogant renowned, famous and well-known 27 year old businessman. Whom was born with a silver spoon and lived a peaceful and respectful life. 

He gazed into her beautiful eyes, caressing her cheek with his thumb finger, he smiled. "You are one of the most valuable gifts I have received in my life. I consider myself the luckiest man alive to have you as my woman. Knowing that you are mine and that I am yours is the best feeling in the world. Her daughter just moved out not even up to a month and don't you think calling her is going to look too much? Her daughter has been a help to the family for long now, she has been taking some part in the family's responsibilities and informing her about these whole thing is going to stress her more.


Ingrid thought for a while, no she need to tell her daughter about this, what if she finds out from someone else, that she has been thrown out of the house, don't you think she's going to get mad at her for keeping such thing away from her? 


She has no other choice but to give her a call and explain the whole thing to her. 


"Amy darling", walking towards her desk, she hugged her.


Pulling away, "Hi Eve and thanks for helping me out"


Placing her hand on her hips, Evelyn rolled her eyes, "Ugh, come on girl you've thanked me too much today, how many more times are you going to keep on thanking me." 


"For as long as I still work here sweetheart" 


Cupping her cheeks, Evelyn smiled, "Amy you're my best friend and if I don't help my best friend, then who will?" Pausing for a while, she added, "I didn't wanted you to work in the marketing department because it's so stressful but–


Crossing her hands in her front, Amber glared at her, "Am I complaining? Did you hear me complain or nag about my given position?"


"No Amy", rolling her eyes, she added, "pfft you're getting me wrong, what I meant is this, I wasn't expecting to meet you working in the M·Department."


Without waiting for her reply, she added, "I wanted you to apply as Gavin's new assistant" awkwardly scratching her head, "but it's okay if you really like it in here" 


When Amber did not say anything, she added, "You see–" looking at the department which was filled with employees whom were busy working seriously. "It's kinda better in here although I wanted you and I to be together at the presidential floor because that's where the bosses assistant office is located.


Rolling her eyes, Amber sighed, "Eve?" 


Massaging her forehead, "I need to work now, okay? I don't like getting distracted when am busy, you–


"Yeah yeah I know and infact it's better you work here than working as Gavin's assistant" 


Rolling her eyes, she sighed and placed her hand on Amber's shoulder, "Damn you should be more thankful honey not just for getting the job only but also escaping been Gavin's assistant. 


Frowning confusedly, "Who's this Gavin you're talking about and why don't you want me to be his assistant if I was to?


Widening her eyes, "what? I thought your co workers must have told you about your Boss, the mighty Gavin who is too serious, punctual, harsh, intolerant, and grumpy."


Letting out a helpless chuckle, she added, "I should be thanking my stars for not allowing you work as his assistant because maybe you would have been fired the very day you joined the company or how which he was the one whom interviewed you, probably or maybe you wouldn't have gotten the job either.
