She's from a low class family where they barely feed three square meal a day. Things got harder the more when she lost her Dad, Rodrigo Carlos in a plane explosion. 

After Rodrigo died, Amber decided to move from her town in Spain, straight to Los Angeles CA USA, to search for a good job in addition to her musical career. Who wants to die of poverty? Amber left Spain to L.A to make impact in her music career but unknowing to her that just one track of her song was going to make her a number one top best celebrity in the whole of America, but it didn't happened overnight, it was with the help of someone. 

On the other hand was a big fan and lover of music, Gavin Warren, a native of Los Angeles CA USA. Gavin is an handsome, beefy, buff, strict, cruel, cold, grumpy and arrogant renowned, famous and well-known 27 year old businessman. Whom was born with a silver spoon and lived a peaceful and respectful life. 

He gazed into her beautiful eyes, caressing her cheek with his thumb finger, he smiled. "You are one of the most valuable gifts I have received in my life. I consider myself the luckiest man alive to have you as my woman. Knowing that you are mine and that I am yours is the best feeling in the world. You're such a darling angel and I value every bit of you."

"Please sit" Gavin gestured Amber who was still standing nervous to sit while he stood up with his both hands crossed in his front.


Settling down on the seat across the desk, Amber's heart beat faster, or has she committed a crime and offense against the company unknowing to her? 


The thought of Gavin handling her a sack letter made her stood up from the chair, she started stumping her foots on the tiled floor making Gavin's face look weird and confusing. 


"Boss, boss, boss, boss please don't fire me" rubbing her both hands together, she added, "Por favor jefe, no conozco mi ofensa, pero si me dice, prometo corregirla de inmediato, por favor, no me despida."


Frowning confusedly with a weird look on his face, Gavin chuckled, he misunderstood her last words, he has no knowledge about Spanish but he understood her first words which were in English. 


Leaning towards her, he placed his hands on her shoulders and said, "Ms Carlos who said am firing you? Hmm?


Placing her hand on her chest, Amber sighed, "Boss you're not firing me?"


"Hell no and why will I do that? You are one of the most hardworking employee in the company so why will I fire you for no reason?"


Pausing for a while, he added, Ms Carlos I want to deeply apologize on behalf of my Dad, am sorry for everything he said to you some minutes ago, am deeply and truly sorry" 


Awkwardly staring at each other for some seconds in silence. Amber froze rooted in shock, in her eyes was a very handsome man standing right in front of her, he is indeed a prince charming.


According to Lizzie and Evelyn, Gavin never apologize even if he was wrong or right, he still won't apologize because he thinks apology is going to breakdown his ego and image.


After some seconds of awkwardly staring at each other's eyes, Amber broke the silence by nodding her head.


Giving him a weak smile, "it's alright boss you don't have to apologize, he is your father and he has every right to insult me if he wants, he was right, I shouldn't be claiming the task of an assistant when am not" 


"And what if I ask you to be my new assistant?"


Widening her eyes in shock, Amber gasp, "Huh? A new assis–


Vigorously nodding his head, Gavin said, "Yes Ms Carlos, I don't want you going up and down simultaneously all in the name of the daily schedule, so for that reason I want you to stay as a permanent assistant and do the work of an assistant but as for Frances, he will take over your position in the M·Department."


Vigorously nodding her head, Amber widen her eyes in shock, "no no boss..


I...I love my position in the company and am not complaining neither am I asking for a switch"


"And I insist that you are now my assistant from today henceforth, don't worry about your monthly allowance, it's going to be doubled ten times the amount you're supposed to get as a marketer."
