Amber Carlos, an American-spanish 24 year old rockstar has always wanted the chance to the top but how could she do that when she's an unknown musician? 

She's from a low class family where they barely feed three square meal a day. Things got harder the more when she lost her Dad, Rodrigo Carlos in a plane explosion. 

After Rodrigo died, Amber decided to move from her town in Spain, straight to Los Angeles CA USA, to search for a good job in addition to her musical career. Who wants to die of poverty? Amber left Spain to L.A to make impact in her music career but unknowing to her that just one track of her song was going to make her a number one top best celebrity in the whole of America, but it didn't happened overnight, it was with the help of someone. 

On the other hand was a big fan and lover of music, Gavin Warren, a native of Los Angeles CA USA. Gavin is an handsome, beefy, buff, strict, cruel, cold, grumpy and arrogant renowned, famous and well-known 27 year old businessman. Whom was born with a silver spoon and lived a peaceful and respectful life. 

He gazed into her beautiful eyes, caressing her cheek with his thumb finger, he smiled. "You are one of the most valuable gifts I have received in my life. I consider myself the luckiest man alive to have you as my woman. Knowing that you are mine and that I am yours is the best feeling in the world. You're such a darling angel and I value every bit of you."

Widening her eyes in shock, Amber couldn't believe her ears, her salary as a marketer is more than enough to feed her and her entire household for five months and here he is saying ten times the amount? 


Vigorously nodding her head, "no no boss, am not complaining about my monthly allowance, it's just that am not too used to the system of being–


"Ms Carlos I will put you through myself, you don't have to worry about anything, okay?"


When Amber nodded, he added, "you are going to be my assistant starting from today and am sending Frances to the marketing department right now"


Taking his hands off her shoulders, Gavin called Frances into his office.


"From today you're gonna be in the M·Department"


Widening his eyes in shock, Frances stammered, "but...bo...boss I...am I..–


"Frances do you have a problem with that or you want me to post you over to the Washington DC branch"


Vigorously nodding his head, Frances widen his eyes in shock, "no boss...I'm.. I'm okay with whatever you say, I will hand all the necessary documents over to Amy before I switch."


When Gavin nodded his head, Frances quickly walked out of the office to get the documents ready. 


Amber wasn't prepared to get switched neither was she ready to leave her friend Lizzie. 


She thought for a while, how will Lizzie feel about it when she find out that she's no longer in the same department with her?


Lizzie is going to feel bad and awful about it but Evelyn will be happy and delighted to have her best friend in the same floor with her.


That thought made Amber look awful, is not as if she don't like the offer of being her boss's new assistant but she still prefer her formal department. 


She's going to miss those silly employees who always scream her name "Amy Rockie" early in the morning. 


"Ms Carlos is something bothering you?" When Amber vigorously shook her head, he added, "you can share it with me, maybe I can also help you out"


Vigorously nodding her head, Amber gave him a weak smile, "it's nothing boss, I will be right back shortly, I need to get my bag and files."


When Gavin nodded his head, she walked out of his office. 


Widening her eyes and mouth in shock, "huh? Just like that? But why? For no reason?"


Shoving the files into her bag, Amber sighed, "I have no idea Lizzie, he called me to his office only to hear him say "you're my new assistant from today henceforth" it sounds weird, right?"


"Uh huh, super weird but don't worry, am cool" Lizzie smiled.


Widening her eyes, Amber gasp, "Huh, you aren't feeling bad about it?" 


"Lizzie am permanently leaving the department to become the boss assistant and you're not feeling anything awful?"


"Why should I be or why should I feel awful? Is not as if you were fired or transferred to another branch, we are still in the same building so", Lizzie shrugged her shoulders and said, "we can still catch up with each other"


Zipping up her bag, Amber sighed, "I promise to always check up on you and most especially we can still go out for lunch, okay?"


Blowing flying kisses, Amber chuckled, "alright, see ya"
