World Without Death

As he recalled his story, Alfeus smiled. He had been moping in the dark at first and now smiled sweetly to himself. Just remembering his memories was enough to make the man calm his emotions again.

Suddenly, his mind seemed to be knocked on by something and made a buzzing sound. He immediately realized that it was a sign that he was being called by his master.

He stood up and took a breath. Then, waiting. His eyes opened again and he was already somewhere else. In the empty room, there was a woman sitting while stroking the flowers around her. Behind the woman was a bed. She smiled gently as if the flowers were her child.

"Did you call me, my lady?" The man immediately bowed before the woman.

"Through you, I saw what happened. About Haidon, maybe it's time to end this. Haidon's plan must be stopped. Therefore, I assign you," said the woman who was still playing with her flowers. The woman plucked one of the flowers and inhaled the aroma.
