Battle of Two Dreams

The roar of two clashing weapons filled every space and crevice in the tower. It echoes like two storms that will not stop until one of them is gone. Unfortunately, until Ashnard reappeared, there was no sign of the fight being over.

"You'll never stop, huh?" Haidon smiled at Alfeus who was standing tall in front of him. They seemed to agree to keep their distance and stare at each other before the fight resumed.

"That's enough, Haidon. Stop that ridiculous dream of yours."

"What if I don't want to? What are you going to do?"

"I will stop you, according to his orders."

Haidon was surprised to hear Alphaeus' words. The Death had never intended this before. It was as if he had ignored Haidon. And it's time to end it. It made a new pain in Haidon's empty heart.

"Why now? What is she really thinking?" Like a child accepting the fact that his parents had kicked him out, Haidon's voice sounded like it was in pain.
