Stronger Than I Was.

Marise's Pov

"I want to talk, please! Shift back. I will look away." Ramon uttered calmly and turned around. "Okay. Let's shift back, but you're going to have to do some magic, Edira, because I'm not going topless. And Edira.." I spoke through the bond, but Edira knew, "Don't worry, Marise. I got you. I'll take us away if I have to."

I felt my pulse increase as I shifted back to myself, and before I could blink, Edira had cast the nombra spell for the clothes. When we shift into our wolves in our dresses, we will tear those, and when we shift back to our human form, we are naked.

"Edira?" I cried while looking at my body.

"I'm sorry, you know I'm new to this spell." I was furious. Here, I was standing in a little black dress with my tits stretched out to my neck.

"Yeah? That's why you have a pair of shorts and a t-shirt on then?" I whistled and saw Edira holding back from laughing.

"You look amazing. More beautiful than I remember you." I froze when I heard Ramon speak and felt red, even more, when he was still naked.

"I can't do this with you if you're naked," I replied and looked towards Edira.

"Oh, right. Baldo, vísteme(dress me up,)"

He replied, and Edira and I looked at each other. And I could hear Edira's heart beating faster and faster while a blond guy came out of nowhere. He seemed to be about 20 years old, and he had a diamond-shaped face with tall cheekbones and defined blue eyes, eyes deep as an ocean that look like they have been ignited with a sparkle. "He's a sorcerer, pure," Edira said through the mental bond with a pulse quicker than lightning strikes.

Ramon's Pov

Baldo showed up and dressed me in shorts, and I noticed there was tension.

"Can we talk now? I asked, and she nodded. "Why did you run from me?" I asked,

"I thought you were dead, and somebody was playing tricks on my mind." She responded, and I felt a knot in my stomach. "Oh, I didn't know that. However, as you can see, I am a tough wolf to kill. And just as a point of clarification. I was caught off guard when he came down on me. I guess I was distracted by your beauty." I could see that she was processing my response, and the urge to mark her there and then slowly shattered me.

"I know your name is Marise, incidentally. I was told by a woman named Ana when I came back for you."

"Did you come back for me?" She said in confusion." Yes, and I was going for revenge, but the pack was gone. But this woman told me your name and that you were running from that wolf who attacked me." "That woman is my mom, and yes, I was running from that wolf, Orfeo. I still am."

"What happened? I'm just trying to get a handle on it. One moment you there, reclaiming my claim, the other moment you're gone vanished for a year. And now, you are here? On my turf. It has to be destiny that brought you back to me." I said, and I could see her fight herself, straining herself from giving in to me. I was already hers. My parents explained to me how bonding works and that it is almost impossible to reject it. Even an Alpha will fight against rejection. It goes against our nature to do that. I had some objections to bonding, but they were gone when I saw Marise and felt her scent. "I don't want to get into it. Him. But I'm assuming there was some hidden attraction to this town. Now I realize you were the reason." She replies, and I nod. "Can you feel it? This? Or am I going out of my mind?" I asked her while Nero was fighting me within to mark her.

Marise's Pov

"Can you feel it? This? Or am I going mad?" Asked Ramon, and I kept quiet first. But I could feel it. My body trembled for his touch; my mind thirsted for his comfort. And I was going to give in because restraining myself was becoming too painful.

"It's bad, Edira," I cried through the bond, "Marise. You have to stop battling the law of fate. Go to him, now. "Edira responded, and I felt Rona breakthrough as she did, just as Ramon was shifting, and our wolves were colliding.

The lighting, the sparks were striking around us like the sun where the rays of fire casting on our wolves, making us fuse ourselves together in a sparkling and magical way. Every force in the world was shouting for our liaison. And it was as if the world was releasing a breath that had held back for so long. All of the pain disappeared. All the pain that had drowned me for years rose from my mind. My heart was strengthened, and my soul was healed. I was now full of this wild and intoxicating emotion; Ramon.

Edira's Pov.

Baldo and I stepped away to give Marise and Ramon the privacy they required at the moment. But I stayed close, just in case. I was way too overprotective of Marise.

Although she didn't need it because she was getting stronger every day, Marise was becoming the one she was destined to become, and now she's found the one who would set her destiny ablaze. I know this since I had a vision a while ago.

But I couldn't tell Marise about it; I can't tell anyone about them.

Yes, them. I have gotten several visions in the past years. Visions that I was told to never speak of.

Visions by the Guardian of the Sun, Ciro.

My element of fire rises as each day passes.

My power has grown stronger since Ciro visited my dreams with visions and fueled me with energy to give me strength.

"Marise means infinite, right?" Baldo added, and I nodded.

"Yes. How did you know?" Baldo shrugged, "I enjoy knowing the meaning of names. She's powerful, and your energy tells me that their meaning is deeper behind it." Baldo seemed like a good thinker, and I had a feeling that he might be helpful in the future. He appeared friendly too. "I have never met another magician before." He said and looked at me with curiosity, "I have never been referred to as a magician before. I have been turned into a witch all my life with bitterness." I responded a little resentful to my past. "Well, I think you look like a badass," Baldo said, and I smiled a bit. "Well, looks like you're going to be stuck here now." Baldo added, and I shrugged, "Yes, it appears to look that way," I replied, and Baldo gave me a peculiar smile.
