After Fyn hung up with their father, he stared at the table for a little while. From everything Mullucom had told them, Fyn knew they needed a good plan.
Mateo would not be easy to take down, especially if he finds out exactly who is after him. He would not take kindly knowing that his nephews intended to bring him down.
“We will have to be extremely careful,” Fyn told his brother.
Cass shook his head slightly. “Careful or not, we still need to find them as soon as possible.”
“I’m not disagreeing with that,” Fyn replied. “I just think we need to be smart about it and not rush in.”
“Fyn, you’ve been doing the slow and easy pace for how long now? It has gotten you nowhere. This is the closest you’ve gotten to him, right?” Cass pointed out.
“This is the first time I knew who was behind all the disappearances. If I had known sooner, I might have been done sooner.”
