Fyn’s house and the land had become a makeshift refugee camp for the shifters they had saved. 


Most of the shifters had decided to stick around for a while. Some of them didn’t know where their people were, some of them couldn’t afford to make it home, but all of them couldn’t stomach the idea of returning to their people with the scars on their bodies, hearts, and souls.
