By the next morning, Rowan was ready to get on the road heading back to the east coast. Her car was packed full of food, clothes, and other things that the shifters had thought she would need to make it home.


Saying goodbye to the new friends that she had made had been the second hardest thing she’d had to do. Bun-Bun and the other animals had been happy for her to return home and reassured her that they would keep an eye on “her pack”.
