This is weird. I mean, really really weird, getting into my car this morning and not driving to school like I should be on a normal weekday. I pick up Iris at her house—she walks to school—and off we go, skipping school and doing couple things. Or just going to the hideout and hanging out there.
Although it’s a bit risky, I park my car at the playground in a spot that’s a bit hidden from the main road, in case my parents are to pass by it or something. And as intriguing as all of this is, fear still tingles down my back, that I’ll get caught, and everything will fall apart.
In the car, Iris spoke about her showing me the rest of the woods. I’m not sure what else there is to see, especially something as beautiful as the lake and waterfall, but I trust her word, and desire exploration.
