Chapter 31: Something New

Most of the snow had melted and spring was on its way. A few early flowers were even poking up from under the snow.

“Where are we going?” Parker asked Lucien. He smirked at her but didn’t answer.

“Would you rather be in that boring brick building on a nice, sunny day like today?” he asked her.

Parker bit her lower lip and shook her head. Lucien reached across the seat and put his hand on Parker’s thigh. He tightened his grip a little, sending a tickling sensation through her leg and into her abdomen.

Giggling, Parker squirmed a little. Lucien was never afraid to touch her or push her further. She was wearing nylons under a skirt, and Lucien’s fingers curled in, pressing the silky material against the inside of her leg.

“No, I wouldn’t,” Parker said with another giggle and squirm.

She’d skipped at least half a day of school every day since Lucien had kissed her. He wasn’t one for sitting around and he always wanted Parker to run off on some spontaneous adventure with him.
