Lavender J. Amherst, the beautiful and only daughter of her father, though illegitimate. It Should Have Been Like This

 I picked up my laptop and checked the email. Rominic and I have been working from home since the sick period, the kids insisted. As much as I hate to admit it, it was fun working from home. Getting to send the kids to school and welcome them with a kiss, then watch Rominic play with them. It was a sight I enjoyed watching and would give anything to see them be like that forever; especially when they play hunch cuddy hunch. But again, I had a strong hunch that they were up to something. I know my kids so I knew they were up to something. Just couldn't tell what.
