9. Donning the Title 'Raiden Shogun' once again

After meditating for several hours (kinda cultivating to spend the time), both Tomoe and Mio entered her hall (like the western royal throne room) and told Ei to come outside the castle and Ei just nods to them.

When they came out, a large amount of people is waiting to greet their new Lord who was generous enough to give them a new place to live, a place full of resources for nurturing their children and their children's children and so on.

What makes it different for Ei is that in the past Humans and Youkais were the ones she ruled before, now they are Orcs, Dwarves, Lizardmen, and Alkeys(though they are Arachne but that's what they are called in the manga) are the ones who are in front of her at this moment.

Tomoe asks Ei using telepathy 'Master, what title should the people call you?' Ei looks at Tomoe and replies, 'Just have them call me Raiden Shogun, or Shogun is enough for me.' Tomoe nods and with a loud voice, she said to them.

" Everyone, the one in front of you is our Master. As your Lord you shall call her Raiden Shogun-sama or Shogun-sama, you got it!?"

And all the citizens bow and spoke " YES! WE GREET HER MAJESTY RAIDEN SHOGUN-SAMA!!!"

Tomoe nods with such high spirits as she remembers one certain episode of the period drama in her memory crystal collection.

Ei waved her hand, making everyone go quiet as they watch their new Lord with full admiration and awe.

" Welcome my citizens, as the first people to live in this Realm of mine. From now on there'll be no more children suffering from hunger, no more families suffering from lacking everyday needs and no more people will die from the harshness of the Wastelands. Though you all will no longer experience those what I said earlier doesn't mean I will allow you all to become indulgent, I expect DISCIPLINE from all of you, as you all lived in the Wastelands for a long time. Laws will be established in the future and Armed forces to put those laws in effect, and they will serve you all as defenders of this Realm against threats both outside and inside. That is all, you are all dismissed."

After her speech the people cheers as they are relieved that they are now fully acknowledged as Inazumans.

Ema who's working as Tenshukaku's secretary was called by Ei, " Ema, I need you to bring the leaders of the 3 newly arrived races. It is appropriate to give each other greetings and to assure them that I am not a Lord who is difficult to discuss with, understood?"

Ema nod and obeys her command, " Yes Shogun-sama, i understand." and she left with mini-Tomoe in tow.

" Master, will the Monsters(made of miasma) finally appear after this latest addition of people?"

" Monsters? What do you mean Tomoe?" Mio asks while tilting her head.

Tomoe narrates the discussion she had with their Master about it as Mio finally nods with understanding and asks her Mistress, " Can I eat them Mistress?"

and Ei swiftly rejected Mio's request and explains " The miasma is made from negative energies released by the people living in this Realm, it has the capability to corrupt you if you don't die first from its toxic properties."

Mio nods in understanding and also because it's her Mistress' command.

After a while, Ema has arrived with the representatives of each race of the three latest additions to Inazuma.
