10. Discussion, Progress and Monsters of Miasma
The three representatives introduced themselves to Ei and she began to discuss what matters need to be taken care of first such as buildings and tools for both general and specific use to the Elder Dwarves, the need of Armed Forces to the Mistio Lizardmen and thorough exploration and info collecting to the Alkeys due to their unique physiology similar to Mio. Ei put Ema in charge of Logistics due to her good performance as a secretary, and Tomoe was given the position in the Armed Forces as Vice- Commander while Mio as her Personal Assistant.
The dwarven leader asks Ei if she was the Goddess summoned champion and Ei shakes her head, the old dwarf in sighed in relief as he doesn't hate nor liked the Goddess due to the bug's bias towards non-Hyumans.
After the discussion ended and several weeks passed since then, the City became more full of life as more buildings were raised with the labor of the Highland Orcs and the fine details of the Elder Dwarves . The Alkeys also gave much results as the info they gathered prevented accidents due to environmental hazards and poisonous plants & animals, as well as ingredients and spices for culinary or alchemy purposes.
The Mistio Lizardmen had reported sightings and first confrontation against monsters made of miasma or what they like to call 'Shadow monsters' due to the black mist they release all over the monster's bodies. While they took care of the numerous small fries, Tomoe takes on the Elite variants not only because of their strength but also the humanoid appearance of one amongst the several Elite types of Shadow monsters. Ei calls it 'Nobushi', they took form of Ronins and their leader which is a Samurai with a huge stature either wields a lightning or fire covered katana or both appear together. Tomoe is super excited, because they gave her opportunities to hone her skills in the blade and orders her kin to focus on other Shadow monsters as she herself will take care all the Nobushi types appearing all around the City and outside the city limits.
The Alkeys supports the Lizardmen as scouts and assassins while gathering info about the behaviours and usual habits of the Shadow monsters.
The Orcs decided to focus inside and outside the city so that the Lizardmen can focus beyond the city territory, lessening their burden.
It took them days to get used to the Shadow monsters as they thin out their numbers,while Ei decided to wander all around Inazuma while taking care of any Shadow monsters getting in her way of her leisure trip.
The situation finally stabilizes as the Shadow monster's numbers are regulated as the dwarves discovered the uses of the cores the Shadow monsters left after they die, they can be used in alchemy, crafting and enchantments.
They decided to use some of the ores in Inazuma as currency due to their unique appearance and they can only be found in this Realm only.
Other unique items are turned into ornaments, decorations and other things they can think of.
Gliding became a sport for both children and child-at-heart as Tomoe show one memory crystal to the dwarves as she requested them to make her a personal katana, accidentally they saw one memory about gliding and since Inazuma has a lot of tall places they decided to make one and in the end making lots of Gliders.
Some citizens who became religious believers to Ei appealed to take care of the Grand Narukami Shrine as priests and shrine maidens, Ema relayed it to Mio and connected to Ei via telepathy.
'And that's what happened, will you allow it Mistress?' Mio asked and Ei answered 'Let them be, if this will make them spiritually content then I'm fine with it. I think it is because they are spiritually sensitive that they are able to realize that I'm a Goddess hence they became my believers.'
Mio nodded and told Ema her Mistress gave the approval and thus The Grand Narukami Shrine opened to the public, allowing them to give their thanks to their Lord the Raiden Shogun for all the blessings she gave to them.
