The Fate of the Cursed Alpha Female

Things were never going to be normal again, ever. She was no longer the same girl who woke up early and headed to her friend's rooms and woke them up. Or some days when they stayed late, they would wake up next to each other.

Reality had finally checked in, she was the future alpha, and she had a quest to go to.

Cassandra shook her mother slowly, singing the song her mother used to sing to her when she was young. That at least worked wonders. Once in a while, Luna River would hiccup, and then nothing.

Cassie thanked the moon goddess that finally, her mother had calmed down. She tried once more to mind-link her father and her message didn't get through. She heard footsteps and paused her song.

She hoped it was someone, and that someone would be Alpha Rowan.

However, the person didn't stop. Cassie's heart sunk in her chest.  It was just a random wolf walking in the hallway. She continued rocking her mother as she sang.
