making a blast of energy directed toward the dummy and the sword in Noire's hands returns to normal

Noire: Hello and welcome to the Noire's 'trust me, bro' explanations!

Noire: How does that blade work?

Noire: well you see... that blade has an outer blade and inner blade

Noire: the weapon needs electricity to work but I thought smacking someone to get electricity is one way to go

Noire: every time you smack someone the handle will generate electricity and will travel toward the outer blade

Noire: if repeatedly doing it the inner blade will heat up

Noire: the button on the handle is an eject button that will fire spark powder to shoot out the heated blade forcefully

Noire: and yes you need to refill the spark powder to shoot another blade but for adjustments, I will try to make it rely on momentum

Noire: heat is still energy just so you know

Noire: it's the same concept as a rail gun but due to the blade being so close to the outer blades it made the inner blade heats up
