The pressure was immediate and powerful. It didn't force them to their knees but it was enough for them to feel how much power he wielded.
Power that wasn't to be trifled with. Being the only human among the three league members, sweat dripped down Bruce's back.
Superman and Wonderwoman narrowed their eyes as their bodies tensed.
"Calm down son. Let's not do anything hast-" Clark tried to defuse the situation but was interrupted by Sora.
"Quiet. Don't assume you have any power here. You're all in my domain." Sora said with a deadly calm voice that mirrored his overwhelming power.
"I didn't come here to bully a child." Diana stated with a frown that caused Sora's eyes to narrow.
"Try to at least have a fraction of the power that you boast of or is that too much to expect from the princess of themyscira?" Sora asked mockingly.
"Don't test me." Diana replied, somehow pulling out her sword from nowhere. Unfortunately for her, Sora wasn't far behind as his unsheathed Kusanagi appeared in his waiting grip.
"Everybody calm down."
At this moment, Clark flew into the space between them, trying to defuse it before it could go any further.
Just as he stretched his hand to Sora, his body touched down back to the floor. He soon had a look of confusion as he looked down at himself.
"What? Something's wrong." The man of steel said as he tried to lift off from the ground but couldn't.
Bruce's eyes narrowed in suspicion as he turned to look at Sora before looking back at the Kryptonian in their midst.
Clark felt a hand touch his shoulder as he looked up only to receive a punch that sent him stumbling backwards towards the floor.
"It's amazing, isn't it? Despite your powers being suppressed and weakened, that didn't send you flying. The body of a Kryptonian is really something wonderful!" Sora said with a cruel smirk.
"Weakened? What do you mean?" Bruce questioned, his full attention now on the exchange.
Sora's smirk grew as he verified that his runes were working as they should. In fact, their efficiency was just above his expectations.
Around his manor and the area surrounding it were hidden runes that were expertly set up for one purpose.
To weaken and suppress the powers of all non humans.
While Clark looked human, he was most certainly not one, making him the perfect target for the runes to latch on the moment he arrived.
Diana was feeling the same thing but her amazonian pride refused to allow her to let it show.
"Now why would I explain that to you?" Sora asked rhetorically as he watched the weakened man of steel get to his feet.
"Have you no honor, child?" Diana asked as she faced her blade to the floor.
"What's honorable about anything you're doing?" Sora shot back as she looked taken aback by his words.
"Why don't you understand that this is for your own safety?" Bruce asked as Diana had a look of contemplation on her face.
"Forgive me if I don't feel safe with a bunch of spandex wearing hypocrites." He answered dryly as he firmed his grip on his sword.
There was silence in the room as Sora stood in the middle of the three heroes. The tension in the air was all too visible.
"My apologies." Diana said suddenly, causing confusion not only from Bruce and Clark but also from Sora.
"What are you going on about now?" He asked her in confusion.
"I came here under the assumption that you were an arrogant kid who needed protection. I apologize for that..." She said in her most sincere tone but she wasn't finished.
"But…" She continued, causing him to frown.
"If Brainiac wants you, it's not for anything good. With that in mind, I cannot allow you to fall into his hands." She said as she brandished her sword, a look of understanding entering Sora's expression as his face became impassive.
"You've wasted enough of my time as it is. Get lost." Sora spoke solemnly as their environment began to change.
The sky and the walls tore apart to reveal them standing in a dark alleyway, Sora nowhere in sight.
"What the hell just happened?" Bruce asked immediately with caution.
"Great Hera. What kind of trickery is this?" Diana said, looking at the street signs opposite the street from where they were.
"My powers are starting to come back. Whatever he did to me is wearing off and he's not here." Clark noted.
"It's safe to say we're not in Tokyo anymore." Bruce added, pointing to the large building in the distance that read 'Daily Planet'.
"How did we even get here?" The man of steel questioned in confusion and shock as Bruce remained silent in thought.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sora let out a satisfactory hum as he walked through the hallways of his mansion. Besides the runes that were set up all around, it wasn't that hard to deal with the league.
At some point during the conversation, he had caught them in a genjutsu. The ease at which he did it shocked even himself.
He knew that the leagues biggest flaw was their susceptibility to mind control but he thought it would be more difficult.
He caught them in a genjutsu and with the use of the flying thunder god jutsu that he had been abusing as of late, he teleported them to Metropolis.
He had gone there once in the past so placing a mark was something he naturally did for easy movement between the two cities.
While it was a somewhat efficient method of dealing with them, he could always use brute force. Though the template was stuck with only 0.1% left, that didn't mean that he had stopped growing.
The never-ending evolution that he had gained from his 'gift' from Aldous continued boosting his overall strength.
His physical strength was more than three times that of Sasuke's and his chakra reserve was even much more expanded than that.
He walked back into the room he had left Zatanna. Upon entering the room, he was met with the sight of the girl in his spinning chair watching a sitcom called 'Hello Megan' with a bored look.
Upon his entry, she spun the chair around to face him.
"So, how'd it go?" She asked as she continued spinning in the chair.
"Nothing interesting. Though we have the eyes of the league on us now, it doesn't change what our job is." He said solemnly.
The Justice league had resources such as Zeta Tubes so it wouldn't be long till they returned so they were working on limited time.
"So how do we get Brainiac to show his face down in earth? We could always fly to space though it would take some time." She offered causing him to chuckle.
"Why don't we ask him? After all, he's been trying to hack us for the past few days." Sora answered, tapping a few keys on the computer.
The screen went black momentarily before Brainiac's symbol appeared in the middle and then disappeared as Brainiac himself showed his face.
"Hello Brainiac. I believe we have something to talk about." Sora said casually to the alien collector of knowledge.
