The mother-in-law (pt.2.)

"Two? Markus was as shocked as I was. There were two punches, yes, and the pain was horrible, but I thought it was one baby punching me to feed him. However, what if there are two babies? How do we know there's one, if the ultrasound didn't work? There could be two or more… Oh, crap.

"Two," Eleanor repeated, then looked at me with a slim smile on her lips, "But I healed them. You can finally move."

"Gosh," I slowly sat up on the bed and tried to move my body slightly. The bones were cracking like I was an old granny, and my back hurt as hell from the very well-known reason, however, I was relieved. Lying without any moves was never a good idea, but moving after it is a blessed feeling.
