While she and Balthazar had been in John's office, the ship had almost been taken by the clones. Except when she got to the ship and checked the systems, she saw no sign of the clones even breaching ship security to enslave the Rising Sun. Could the ship be playing with her? It shouldn't have that level of sentience. But the way it made her run around the ship, fixing breaches that turned out to be false alarms and myriad other problems, had her wondering.
