Chapter 88: They milk them!

Anatu stumbled, and John held her upright until she regained her balance. "Did he say they milked them?" Her breakfast turned in her stomach. She must've heard wrong. But now that she thought about it, why would they show her animals when they came to see how milk was made? "I'm going to lose my food," she murmured.

John looked at her, a funny expression on his face, but before he could answer, the farmer started talking to them about all kinds of fancy machinery. They entered a place of horror. Cow upon cow was hooked up to machines, their nipples sucked by the machines. She swayed, and nausea roiled in her stomach. Animals suffered this so that she could have milk?
