Entering Hell

"Not much is known but, the first gate appeared many years ago when this planet's first Half-step Immortal was born. Right after, multiple more gates began appearing." He said. While gazing at the doors, he then continued.

"As soon they appeared, hordes of red-skinned monsters were seen trying to exit a crack in the door. But, whatever barrier there prevented them from exiting, allowing us to remain safe.

Yet, this did not last long since a few weeks later, a tall white stone pillar appeared next to the gates and showcased the color black in the middle. When that happened, the crack disappeared as the doors shot open.

Fast forward a few years, many things changed on our planet as we were reduced to slightly over 20 countries, and we realized that only when we kill these red-skinned monsters, were we able to keep the planet safe." He said. Taking a break so Saber and Aegon could process what he said.

"After liberating earth from these monsters, the middle of the pillar turned green. But over a few weeks, it once more changed from green to yellow, then to red.

If it wasn't for our quick thinking, the monsters would have reentered our planet, to cause another massive massacre.

It was not until we went inside did we realize that the monsters weren't truly mindless but, they have instead corrupted souls that were consumed by the will of hell and reduced to being mindless red-skinned destroyers." He said.

"Saber, these monsters were once human or other race souls who were evil. They were people just like you and me, yet, now they are dead souls who turned into mindless monsters because of the torture they go through in hell. Do you know what I am trying to tell you?" Borden said toward Saber and Aegon.

Saber and Aegon had an idea of what he wanted to say, but they still shook their heads to say that they did not know. The middle-aged man sighed as he said.

"What I am trying to say is, do good. Save who you can, and hopefully, you will not end up in such a place after death. Because this hell isn't even the worst!

There are multiple, and the ones that came after Immortals began appearing on our planet... are hundreds of times worse than this!!" He said. His body shook involuntarily when recalling the words spoken by the one Immortal friend he had.

Aegon smiled at the man's words while Saber thought.

'Borden, oh how oblivious can one become. After death, I may not even enter hell because of my title as a True Lifeform. If I die, I am erased.

And even if I would be dragged to hell after death, why would I complain, evil is after all my only love. My religion.'

While thinking that, the group had already passed the guards and appeared in front of the black door that had a small two-meter crack running across its surface. Without any waiting, Red, Blue, Green, and White jumped through the crack!

Seeing this, Aegon and Saber waved at the principal, and also jumped into the crack with excited smiles on their faces...

(Seventh Floor Of Hell)

*Cough*

Saber, along with the rest of the group began coughing as soon as they appeared inside the atmosphere of hell. Not suspecting this, both Saber and Aegon dropped to their knees since there was a massive pressure descending onto their bodies.

Willing it, they ordered for their suits to stop adding hundreds of pounds onto their cells as they slowly began standing to their feet. What shocked Saber wasn't the pressure of the world, but instead the conditions.

Even though he had constant evolution, he still couldn't help the feeling of being burned inside wild feeling extreme coldness on his skin.

He could only wonder what Aegon and the others were undergoing since unlike them who constantly underwent this, Saber was slowly growing accustomed.

In front of the group's eyes was an indefinite strip of land. On this land were many chasms and abyss-like holes that were extremely wide.

They were probably more than 100 meters in circumference. Seeing this, the eyes of Borden's disciples lit up as they gestured for Saber and Aegon to follow. The group then flew toward the closest chasm where Saber and Aegon saw the sight of something they would never forget.

It was the sight of tens of thousands...No, it wasn't possible to count how many, it could have been millions since they were unable to see the true depths of the pit, but it was the sight of an indefinite number of red-skinned souls screaming and ripping apart at one another.

They used the bodies of each other to propel themselves up as their goals seemed to be to exit the abyss-like hole.

"Talk about climbing on top of a mountain of bodies to just get to your goal." Aegon jokingly said while remembering the words of his previous master from a medieval world of cultivation. Saber stifled his laughter while the other four glared at Aegon for his joke.

"Do you not see their suffering. Why must you joke about such a sad thing?" The red-haired beauty said angrily.

Aegon cared little about anyone other than the only person who will be able to constantly give him a good battle, but he wasn't about to jeopardize their plans because of his little care for others, so he nodded his head and showed a regretful expression.

Seeing his sincerity, the beauty nodded her head and adorned a kind smile. Thereafter, the group's attention was taken up by the sudden halt of the red-skinned souls.

Seeing this, the faces of Borden's disciples changed, as the next scene shocked Saber and Aegon. The duo watched on with shocked eyes, as the many red-skinned souls stopped crawling over their counterpart's dead bodies and instead shot out of the chasm!

Yes, they all flew out of the chasm in an orderly fashion as they gazed at the group of Saber with utter coldness in their eyes. Saber and the group were shocked to see that the previous mindless monsters had suddenly become intelligent.

"Hey, does this normally happen?!" Saber asked in alarm.

But, the rest of the group, Red, Blue, White, and Green all shook their heads from side to side.

For the first time since entering hell and cleansing the souls by killing them once more, the four disciples of the principal were left speechless by the actions of the evil souls!

"According to the Immortal that my master spoke to, these Low-Level evil souls are non-sentient. I do not believe that they had somehow become sentient for absolutely no reason.

As Saber and Aegon closely inspected the multiple evil souls, they gazed on in shock as long demonic red wings appeared on the back of these non-sentient existences as they showcased rows of razor-sharp teeth and began laughing in creepy manners.

"Kekeke..." Their laughter echoed throughout the landscape as they began approaching Saber's group at a surprisingly quick speed. With no other choice, the pupils of Borden's disciples changed into the color of their names as they took on their elemental transformation. Noticeably, their sclera did not transform to black like a certain duo.

"You two, stay behind us and take care of any of those evil souls which may escape from our attacks!" Green said before he along with his group jumped into the skies and approached the sea of evil souls.
