Back at Saber's city, due to pure boredom, Saber could be seen dozing off while sitting at the edge of a rooftop.
Since he had promised to not go find unnecessary trouble, sidelining himself from the battles which took place, Saber couldn't prevent the boredom which slowly rose inside him.
Letting out a wide yawn, he wondered. 'I wonder what Dawn, Liam, and the other two are doing? Knowing Dawn, he'll do the same thing I'm doing, whilst Liam would do the exact opposite...' Well, it doesn't matter since they could take care of themselves.
*WAA!!*
And while Saber allowed his thoughts to stray, an overbearing aura washed over the city, sending a shiver up Saber's not-so-humanoid spine. His eyes shot wide with his brows raised in alarm.
*RUMBLE!!*
Right after, the whole city violently shook and a massive mountain-like object pierced through the Virtual Clouds and landed in the city, instantly blocking Saber's vision!!
"Huh!?"
Saber's confusion skyrocketed instantly as he immediately flew into the night skies. As his view of the mountain became clear, a shocking thought entered his mind...

"This isn't any mountain..."

As this thought entered his mind, another similar object pierced through the skies and landed next to the first one..!

Liam calmly said while walking with a relaxed expression on his face toward the last remaining competitor in this city...

Liam opened his eyes as his cloudy consciousness slowly cleared. Finding himself sitting in a meditative position with both his legs crossed, he slowly stood up and assessed his surroundings.
Still, in a state of confusion, a smile appeared on his face when the sight of a familiar figure appeared in his vision.
"Oh, what are you doing here..?"
"Where else would I be, if not here..?" The Stellar King replied to Liam while walking toward the self-proclaimed strongest genius.
"Well, whatever. More importantly, am I the first?" Liam asked with great excitement...
Letting out a sigh, Stellar King then pointed to the four other figures in the room who were seemingly in deep meditation...
"Hahaha!!"
Seeing this with his own eyes, Liam's arrogance was instantly multiplied many times as he then strolled to the exit of the room.
Seeing his actions, Stellar King asked. "Where are you going?"
"What do you mean? Since I've passed the trial, isn't it obvious it's now time for me to meet this Lord Of Darkness!!"
The expression adorned by the Stellar King immediately froze. 'Hehe, it seems he acts this arrogant and eager to meet "The Lord" only because he does not know how scary "The Lord" actually is.'
But, seeing as he too was eager to see the inevitable reaction Liam would have after seeing this Lord, the Stellar King quickly agreed, as he waved his hand...
'Since the chance of another one of these boys finishing their trial any time soon is low, I guess it does not matter if I take this arrogant Liam to meet "The Lord"
While thinking this, they both disappeared from the room.

In a flash of dark light, both the Stellar King and Liam suddenly appeared in a dark and seemingly infinite space.
Unable to sense anything, Liam suddenly felt a bad premonition as he instantly released his domain as quickly as possible!

And, while trying to release his domain, a mouthful of blood escaped his lips as within moments of entering this space, he dropped to his knees coughing another two mouthfuls of blood.
And while still struggling to regain his bearing, suddenly the dark space seemingly broke apart, as if it was an illusion, as instantly thereafter, Liam realized his surroundings had become much brighter.
Soo bright that for a moment, it blinded him completely!

The slow rhythmic footsteps entered Liam's ears, causing him to slowly raise his head, as so as to see the newly appearing figure.
A figure that, to him, was utterly domineering, and grand.
He felt as if he was in the presence of a titan thousands, or even tens of thousands of times more powerful than him.
For the first time in his entirety, Liam felt utterly powerless!
"It Always Feels Good To Cut Down The Arrogance Of The Geniuses Once Ever So Often." A strong voice resonated in Liam's mind, with a force that caused another mouthful of blood to escape Liam's mouth!

Watching through the glass window, as the rain continuously attacked the glass, Dawn remained with an unreadable expression, while he viewed the standings on the holographic screen in front of his eyes.
Though next to his name was "#15" signaling that Dawn was at the bottom of the list of contestants in this city, he remained calm as other than him, there was only one more name that wasn't crossed off.
Even though he was at the bottom of the list with zero points, it was obvious that he was one of the last two to remain alive.
"Hmm, to be soo bold." While watching out the window, Dawn muttered under his breath. "Coming out in the open even though you could be sneaked attack by me. Do you not put me in your eyes?"

Clicking his tongue in utter annoyance at the arrogance of these lesser beings, Dawn then revealed a smirk as he thought.
"Well, I guess I should thank you for saving me the trouble of hunting you down."
While muttering those words, his pupils suddenly flashed with an otherworldly gold color as his figure seemingly disappeared from his location.

The wall of the room he was located in was instantly obliterated from the force that Dawn exerted as he rush down this skyscraper toward the young girl who leisurely strolled without a care in the world.

With a hammer in hand, made purely of the element which he currently showed the world, Dawn slashed down into the head of the seemingly unsuspecting female competitor with this Golden Hammer.
The shockwave from the attack sent an airwave that was powerful enough to flatten anything in an area of 10 kilometers that was around Dawn's current location!
With a satisfied smile on his face, Dawn uttered while gazing at his surroundings.
Humph!!
"If I had my true body, not merely this 10 kilometers but instead, this whole city would be flattened by my power..!"
It seemed he had dared to think that his little sneak attack had taken care of this contender...
