Terrifying Power Of Negation

It felt as if worlds upon worlds were instantly stacked upon his body.

The force of Oblivion's attack. Powerful wasn't enough to describe it.

Red Eye Berserker couldn't understand. He had used almost one hundred percent of his strength. Yes, he may not have used an ability of his element, but this was something he didn't need to use as his physical power was normally always enough.

Among the humans, he was special.

There were cases like him in many worlds and galaxies, but not many had retained human form after being born with a father as a human and a mother as something else. Because of this, it saved him from the bullying of pure-blooded humans while also giving him the title of a genius.

He had received the nurturing of many sects as he made his way up in power. He was special, and he knew it yet...

What was this situation he had found himself in?

If Oblivion had used an element, he would have sensed it. If his rank was higher, he would have unwillingly refused. But...

Was he truly to believe that someone within the same realm of cultivation was more physically powerful than he was?!

He, Kwun, was completely confused.

Luckily, he didn't know that Oblivion was a Level 1 Earth Immortal who had only recently reached a Mid-Level Level 1 Earth Immortal. If Kwun had known of this, his willpower would have crumbled to nothingness and his cultivation base would have dispersed!

Walking leisurely toward Kwun, Oblivion slowly knelt and approached closer toward Kwun's face, before saying in a calm and monotone voice.

"Surely, you haven't already given up. Surely, you still have more to you? Oh Profound Immortal, don't disappoint me. After all, I've been craving some fun for three months. It took you people soo long to bite my bait, and here you are looking to give up already!"

THRUM!!

As Oblivion said this, Kwun's eyes blazed a lit. 'So it seems that he was baiting us. Hehe, and we fell right into his trap. But, he is too arrogant. From here, I don't believe he can dodge!' Kwun thought as he opened his mouth wide as if he was about to bite into an apple.

Being a sort of Hybrid Human, Kwun's constitution was different. Though he didn't want to, Kwun decided it was better to use his element.

His destructive flames were multiple times more powerful than any flames Oblivion ever experienced. It was higher than even those True Flames he once used when he could use other elements.

'Even if you're stronger than me, once these flames come in contact with you, not even a Level 3 Profound Immortal can survive!' Kwun said in his mind as he watched the river of flames rush out his mouth and impact an unsuspecting Oblivion!!

They were soo close, Oblivion was merely a few inches away from Kwun as he was about to begin gloating in his face to see if anger could bring forth some extra strength.

Oblivion thought that the way things currently were, he wouldn't even get a challenge. He might just mistakenly kill Kwun before his allies come.

"And you know what... I was right!" Oblivion said in a cold voice capable of causing one to feel goosebumps.

Besides the mask on his face which was no longer present, Oblivion remained completely fine. It seemed that negation was simply too strong for the flames of Kwun to overcome.

Even though he truly didn't expect that attack, Oblivion remained unharmed as Kwun's expression froze and realization descended...

"H... How..?" This was all he could mutter as fear began gripping his heart. Oblivion shook his head in disappointment after realizing his plaything had already been broken after merely two moves.

'The second one couldn't even be called a move!' Oblivion thought as tears threatened to escape his eyes. Standing to his feet, he turned his back to Kwun, as if provoking him to attack, as he began strolling toward the large sword embedded into the dirt a few meters away.

The sword itself was even taller than Oblivion as he grabbed the hilt and swung it horizontally around his body before resting the sword on his shoulder.

"Hehe, I guess you people were interested in this sword."

"You promised the few Pseudo Profound Immortals to give them all the pills I have buying for the past three months while you and that other Profound Immortal would take this sword of mine and investigate it."

"Have I guessed correctly?" Oblivion questioned while gazing at Kwun whose willpower had already been destroyed.

At the current moment in time, he was akin to a normal human mortal with a powerful body.

Though his brute strength remained, his element had already dispersed. And even though his brute strength had remained, he wouldn't even be able to use most of his strength. He was now a normal mortal with high durability!

"Well, let me explain."

"Now, the reason why I baited you people was for your bodies."

"You see, this sword of mine has an impressive ability to absorb space, and, well, if one's body happens to be in the space which it absorbs, that body, all its strength, would be added to the Sword, helping it evolve."

"I'm sure with both you and that woman, plus the rest of your group, my sword would officially become a High-Level Weapon!" Oblivion said as his black pupils suddenly disappeared.

"And your souls... It'll return to Oblivion!!"

Slice!

Slashing the sword at Kwun's neck, a tremendously cold killing intent suddenly descended on Oblivion's body. Some hundreds of meters away, Golden Serpent radiated an immense oppressive aura as her eyes landed on the sorry state Kwun was in.

It seemed that Kwun had still been able to relay what was happening as Golden Serpent had left the group of Pseudo Profound Immortals behind so she could rush to his aid.

Yet...

Puchi!!

She was still some moments too late!

She could only watch on helplessly as Kwun was beheaded and his blood which spurted into the air was seemingly controlled and began wrapping around the huge broad sword held tightly by a pupilless Oblivion!

"DAMN!!"

She shouted as a golden domain was released by her body and quickly began expanding tens of thousands of meters per second.

Well, that would normally be the case. But, as the golden dome began expanding and reached within a certain distance away from Oblivion, without control, the golden domain seemingly dispersed into golden particles.

Turning his head toward Golden Serpent, Oblivion's pupils remain as a smile formed on his face. It was a bright smile causing his eyes to close and form smiles too.

If one wasn't aware of the situation, they'll compare Oblivion's appearance to that of the rising morning star. But, with blood splattering on his face, coupled with this smile, Oblivion... He didn't look anything like a Human.

"DEMON!!!"

Golden Serpent shouted. Oblivion's smile grew to a grin from one ear to the other as he had just found out about something joyous.

'In the moment of absolute pure rage, it seems this human ignored my alluring appeal to both sexes and instead focuses more on killing me... Oh, how wonderful. It seems I'll need to look into what I've done so far and begin doing it to all the humans who watch me with those gazes!'

Thinking this, he couldn't control it. With a plan to cause pain and suffering to many humans to come, Oblivion couldn't help smiling even more as his grin became psychotic!
