Monstrosity (End)

"You have no chance in the face of a Prime Immortal... No matter how much of a monstrosity you are!"

Alvis's feet stood on Saber's head full of dark purple hair.

Thrum!

He had a calm smile while looking down with his hands clasped behind his back and hidden in his luxuriously designed phoenix robe.

The disrespect. To stand on one's opponent's head, this disrespect could make others blush in second-hand embarrassment.

At this time, Saber's emotions fluctuated wildly. He had never experienced something this shameful in his life.

Utterly and truly outclassed. There was no other reason for what was taking place besides the fact that he, Saber, was outclassed.

Against a Prime Immortal who had just broken through to become one, Saber was left with no other choice besides to become a play toy.

Tch!

No! He couldn't have this. Not at all... Around the sword's sharp and curved blade, the space warped and time seemed to come to a halt.

Before anyone would realize it, the blade of his sword was inching closer and closer toward Alvis's figure.

"Huh? So quick!" Even Alvis was shocked by the speed. Before he could have time to react, a destructive purple line tore apart the space along with his body!

Puchi!

Blood spilled in the air. Alvis's leg had been severed as his figure disappeared from on top of Saber's head, reappearing hundreds of miles away.

Saber didn't let up though. His sword had a purple glow that enveloped its surroundings as he slashed outward.

Then again! And again! Tens of thousands of times in a fraction of a second.

Buzz!

The void of this small world seemed as if it would shatter under this power as countless streams of light rushed across space and toward Alvis's figure.

At the same time, Alvis's severed right leg had begun undergoing an incredibly quick regeneration as red flaming raindrops enveloped his body and coagulated toward his right leg, before forming into the shape of his leg...

Swoosh!

Alvis disappeared in an instant..! In his wake were countless afterimages that showed how he dodged the purple streams.

But, as these afterimages slowly faded away only a fraction of a second after appearing, Alvis had already appeared in front of Saber.

With a dagger filled with flaming patterns on its sharp blade in his hand, Alvis's dagger and Saber's sword collided.

Clang!

Right after, another dagger appeared in his left hand as he slashed out..!

Clang! Clang! Clang! Clang!

The two exchanged moves. Hundreds of attacks collided with one another in a breath of time. Unknowingly, sparks from the clash landed on Saber's skin...

The sparks slowly seeped into Saber's pores without him even realizing it. Even before he could realize it, flaming chains appeared out of nowhere and rushed toward Saber.

In the skies above, the reddish clouds condensed as tens of thirty-mile golems with flaming tattoos took shape, their eyes shooting open and spurting seas of flames.

A deep killing intent focused on Saber's body. At the same time, Saber felt as if there were several star fields somehow resting on his shoulders, slowing down his movements greatly.

The whole small world was suppressing his body. Saber realized, yes, this was Alvis's domain, this was his world.

Since the beginning, Saber had understood that, though he could create his realm inside the realms of others, as a Prime Immortal who can create their world, the laws were too strict, and chaos couldn't be opened.

Saber couldn't rely on the opening of his realm to defeat Alvis. But, Saber didn't panic even in the face of this hopeless situation.

Boom!

An apocalyptic explosion occurred as Saber's aura blasted out of his body, sending a mysterious force into his surroundings, and colliding with the incoming chains.

On Saber's forehead, between his brows, a star-shaped symbol appeared inside of a circle as Saber's strength skyrocketed once more.

Bam!

With the boost in strength, Saber sent a powerful kick toward Alvis, creating distance between the two before slashing toward the skies.

Woosh! Fwoosh! Swoosh!

The golems in the skies which had now formed, immediately after appearing, were torn apart into pieces.

This created an illusion, it seemed like they had been created from sheets of paper due to how easily they were torn apart.

Mysteriously enough, completely contrary to Alvis's expectations, these golems didn't reform, as if they were obstructed by an unknown force.

And, of course, they were. Saber's sword art had been created by several different types of elements, making it capable of doing all types of different damage and also able to negate certain concepts.

Shifting his focus to the man hundreds of miles away, Saber didn't think, he didn't hold back his strength anymore and rushed toward Alvis with one intention.

"Die!" Saber shouted as veins bulged on his body. Power coursed through his body as he crossed the distance between him and Alvis in an instant. Saber didn't wait for Alvis to react, smashing down with unprecedented might.

Xiu! Buzz!

The space trembled. Saber's force threatened to collapse space as Alvis's expressions froze. He couldn't believe it... Even in his current state, he felt threatened by Saber's sword strike.

Boom!

Saber's sword collided with a newly appearing pillar that separated Alvis and Saber but, in front of this newly appearing pillar of flames, Saber's swords didn't stop. In the face of this pillar, Saber's sword glowed with a blinding purple light as the pillar exploded into flaming fragments.

Saber's sword didn't stop. No, his speed increased, and a mysterious force with a purple hue escaped his sword. This force flashed across space and time as it appeared in front of Alvis before he could even react. The crown on his head spun, releasing endless flames that tried to block this attack...

BOOM!!

A massive shockwave blasted out into his surroundings. Besides Saber's lone figure, everything in the surrounding million miles was blown back. Everything was ruthlessly blown away, exploding to bits in the face of this powerful force.

Saber remained floating in the void. The world he was in, Alvis's domain which he should normally be omnipotent inside, was utterly destroyed. Saber was a Pseudo Prime Immortal... Not just any though, if he had the status window, his cultivation realm was that of a True Pseudo Prime Immortal.

Even if it was against the invincible strength of a Prime Immortal being, Saber could still hold his own inside of the Prime Immortal's world. And now, Saber stood afloat levitating in an endless black space, outside the world of Alvis...

Alvis's figure was miserable. He had a deep flesh wound running across his chest and back as he stared at Saber with anger and trepidation. The previous attack was downright frightening. If not for knowing that such an attack would squeeze Saber's energy reserves dry, Alvis would be downright fearful at this moment.

But, he knew that Saber was lacking energy. So the only thing he felt was anger. Anger at the fact that a Golden Immortal... okay, a Pseudo Prime Immortal had left him, a Prime Immortal in this state.

He couldn't accept this. He was given such an opportunity, and he wasn't going to let his chance to become a True Immortal slip through his grasp. Seeing Saber's figure millions of miles away, Alvis's vision of the empty void twisted.

Within an instant, he had appeared over Saber's head sending trillions of punches without any hesitations. Saber would be a fleshy bag of meat riddled with holes!

This is what he, Alvis imagined!
