Stepping into Everett’s house, Vivian quickly sliced her way to Liam, who stood with Ava in the center of the encircling vampires. With each flick of her blade, Vivian kept her eyes glued to Liam, determined to not be derailed. Knowing that Everett was behind her ensuring that every other vampire was killed, helped as well.
One by one, each vampire fell at the hands of Vivian and Everett, blood blanketing the floor. With each step, Liam was pushed further and further back until there was nowhere else for him to go. Vivian could see the panic growing in his eyes and she relished it, as she grew closer.
“I should’ve killed you in London,” she seethed, nothing standing between them anymore.
“Why didn’t you?”
“I was trying something new, but I won’t make that mistake again. This time I’m going to watch you die - slowly.”
“I don’t think so.”
“Oh really?” Vivian raised her hands, scanning over the pile of dead bodies. “You and what army?”
