Oh my, the poetic metaphors of hunting and dual personalities is music to my linguistic ears! Already the book is so well written and every sentence appears handcrafted. Not one word goes to waste. Really excited to see how this story unfolds!
Awesome writing! I love how the attraction and the resistance to the romance are justified. He is a vampire, who she perceives is using his vampire mojo to seduce her, so she doesn’ trust him. she’s also a hunter, so them just working together is forbidden. I also love how she acknedges her two different lives and feels like two different people, and how those two different people collide to make her feel vulnerable and underprepared.
