chapter 4 ( meaning of toasting)
We resumed back to school and we moved on with the school syllabus.
I spent most of my time practicing with the sxhool choir because of my affection for music. we were in class on a fateful day,. A teacher just left the class, so everyone gathered with their friend and were all chatting. I was packing my books into my nag when suddenly i heard some of my classmate discussing
"๐ฝ๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐ง๐"
"๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ก ๐ค๐ช๐ฉ ๐ฎ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฎ" said Ayoola
"๐๐๐๐ก๐ก๐ฎ" asked bernard
"๐ฎ๐๐๐, ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ ๐๐ค๐ก๐ก๐ค๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ค๐ข๐ " Ayoola replied
"๐๐ข๐ข๐ข, ๐๐ค๐จ๐จ๐ข๐๐ฃ, ๐ ๐๐๐๐ง ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐ค๐" julius said
"๐๐ง๐, ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐๐ค๐ช๐ฉ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ?? bernard asked mockingly
" ๐ฟ๐ค ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ก๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐ ??. Everyone in the class was now facing ๐ข๐.
" ๐๐ค" i replied
"๐ฟ๐ค๐ฃ'๐ฉ ๐๐ช๐จ๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฉ ๐จ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ค๐ฎ" said Ayoola
"๐๐ ๐ค๐ฃ๐ก๐ฎ ๐ ๐ฃ๐ค๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ง๐๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ค๐ ๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ง๐ช๐ฃ ๐๐ฌ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ง๐ค๐ข ๐๐๐ง๐ก๐จ" julius added.
All the class bursted into a fresh round of laughter, but tjat was not my own concern. I 've been adaptive to that style for so long. One thing about my class was that they had the habit of taunting one another in class. I stood up from where i was sitting and i went to where they were discussing and i asked them.
"๐๐ช๐ฎ๐จ, ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐ข๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฎ ๐ฉ๐ค๐๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐" interrupting their precious discussion
"๐ผ๐จ๐ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช๐ง ๐๐ค๐ค๐ ๐จ ๐๐ง๐ค" Ayoola answered vehemently.
They all laughed again, but i didn't take that so serious. All i was euminating about was what they meant by toasting. I fecided to keep quiet throughout the day to reduce further or more taunts from them.
