Chapter 41: Eulogy

Sol dipped the brush into the paints as his teammates looked on in horror.

"Sol... are you sure you know what you're doing?" Viv asked. "If they imbued it with some form of magic you might expose yourself to it," she pointed out.

"I know," Sol said. "If one of us has to try it first, it should be me, I can expel it." Sol said with a little trepidation in his voice. "Besides, I think I know a way out of hell..." he said absently.

"From the documentary yesterday, that's what Ghandi said to the man that had killed the child," Peppi noted, catching the reference. Sol nodded.

"We can't just let their victims suffer, I can feel their energy, it's giving her power somehow," he explained.
