Hidden properties?

Blue Water carefully examined the equipment on the table, hesitating, "No matter how I look at it, I can't see any difference between them. Are you sure the one on the far right is worth it?"

Leo replied, "Of course you can't tell. Haven't you noticed that each of these four sets of equipment has an 'unidentified set attribute'?"

"Yeah, but aren't 'unidentified attributes' only visible to the equipment appraisal master in the newbie village? The other attributes of these three sets of equipment are no different," Blue Water said, suddenly realizing something, and stared at Leo, "You can identify the hidden attributes of the equipment?"

Leo didn't answer but just said, "Just do as I say, and you'll make a fortune."

Blue Water followed Leo's instructions and approached Pale Blue. At this time, the three were arguing fiercely. Seeing Blue Water approaching, Pale Blue impatiently said, "What's up? I'm busy. If you have something to say, tell me later."

Blue Water shook her head, then opened her own information window to send a private message to Pale Blue, urging him to look at the message.

Pale Blue, seeing his sister so serious, reluctantly opened the message in his friend list.

After quickly scanning the message, Pale Blue's expression froze for a few seconds.

"Hey, Pale Blue, what do you mean? Why aren't you talking?" Polaris, still arguing with Mirror Elements, was unhappy with Pale Blue's distraction and asked out loud.

Pale Blue closed his friend list and looked at Polaris and Mirror Elements.

"Well, I won't say much. Our Pale Blue Guild is the weakest among the three guilds. Although we spent a lot of money on potions for this operation, let's make peace with you two. We only need one set of equipment," Pale Blue said.

Pale Blue's words stunned both Mirror Elements and Polaris.

"Are you serious?" Mirror Elements immediately asked, afraid that he would change his mind.

"Of course I'm serious," Pale Blue nodded, "But since I gave up the right to compete for the last set of equipment, naturally, I should choose the equipment first. You two have no objections, right?"

Mirror Elements grinned and waved, "I don't object, after all, the properties of the four sets of equipment are the same."

Polaris hesitated. Now that Pale Blue Guild withdrew, leaving only him and Mirror Elements to compete, it was difficult to keep up. The other party was the top guild, and he originally intended to grab the extra equipment with Pale Blue and then split it evenly.

But now that Pale Blue had withdrawn, it seemed impossible.

"Alright, since he voluntarily withdraws, I don't object," Polaris also said.

"Okay, then I'll take this set of equipment." Pale Blue reached for the set on the far right of the table after both parties agreed.

"Wait a minute."

Mirror Elements looked at Pale Blue's face, and although Pale Blue tried to hide his emotions, Mirror Elements still sensed something was off.

As the strategist of the top guild, Mirror Elements was not easily fooled. He grabbed Pale Blue's wrist, "Can you explain to me why you would rather give up an extra set of equipment just to get this set?"

Pale Blue looked up at Mirror Elements and Polaris, and the three stared at each other for several seconds.

"Ha, I say you guys are too troublesome. You agreed to let me choose first, yet you still have so many questions," Pale Blue suddenly laughed, "Forget it, since that's the case, I'll change to another set. After all, the attributes of these sets are all the same."

Hearing Pale Blue say that, Mirror Elements immediately let go of his hand and laughed, "I was just joking, Guild Leader Blue, don't take it too seriously. Just take whichever set you like."

Pale Blue nodded and casually took the set on the far right.

"Both of you, I'll take my leave now. I have some things to attend to." After receiving the equipment, Pale Blue bowed to the two of them.

"No need to see you off." Mirror Elements and Polaris nodded.

With the withdrawal of Pale Blue Guild, the distribution of spoils became simpler. In the end, Mirror Elements paid an extra ten sets of rare materials to get the last set of equipment from Polaris.

As for Leo's $400,000 in cash, all three guilds paid him individually. Emperor Guild gave 200,000, and the other two guilds each gave 100,000.

...

Newbie Village Blacksmith.

Master Laine of the blacksmith shop was the only person in the beginner village who could identify equipment. However, the equipment dropped by nearby monsters rarely had unidentified properties, let alone unidentified set properties.

Generally speaking, set properties were much better than regular properties. Unidentified set properties had never been encountered before, and the set that Pale Blue brought was the first one that Master Laine had ever identified.

Master Laine took the set, waved his hands, and a blue glow appeared on the equipment. Soon after, the hidden properties of the set were finally revealed. Upon seeing those hidden properties, both Pale Blue and Blue Water couldn't help but exclaim!

"Set Property 1: 'Junior Leader Aura' - Increases the attack and defense of teammates within 500 yards by 5% each."

"Set Property 2: 'Junior Fear Aura' - Decreases the attack and defense of enemies within 500 yards by 5% each."

"Set Property 3: 'Junior Lifesteal Aura' - Increases the lifesteal attribute of teammates within 500 yards by 1%."

...

"Oh my God!" Blue Water couldn't help but exclaim, "Bro, the hidden properties of this set are top-notch, aren't they?"

"Yeah," Pale Blue took back the set and said, "Leo is really amazing, being able to see such hidden properties!"

For a guild like theirs, rather than being individual players, the more personal attributes added to the equipment, the less important they were compared to providing team attribute bonuses.

This kind of improvement could definitely cause a qualitative change, making the team more efficient while grinding monsters!

The three set properties of the current equipment were all of extremely high quality. If worn by the commander during battle, and forming a team of dozens of people, the percentage increase would be equivalent to each person having a top-tier equipment!
