A second chance

All I can see is a bright white light, I don't exactly know what is happening right now, all I can remember is being on a date with my childhood friend.

We were friends since the age of 5, she was a shy girl with a crimson red hair, beautiful green eyes. We spend all our time together, so how it was expected when we turned 16, I asked her out.

Today was the first time we go on a date, I was nervous, I have been planning our date for weeks. And now here I am, in a really white room, waiting for what I expect to be the hall to the afterlife, after waiting for what it's seems to be an eternity a gorgeous woman enter the room, she looks really similar to my girlfriend, so I wonder if she died as well, I really hope not.

"Child, she didn't die, you save her life, and I'm eternally grateful for that" the redhaired woman said.

'She just read my thoughts?'

"That's correct child, I read your thoughts, but maybe you can try speaking, it will easier for both of us"

"Sure, sorry I just don't know what to do, I suppose I die, and you are something like god, maybe not god, but someone with power, up here." I stare at her eyes before saying "You look like my girlfriend; did you take this form to please me and make my pass easier or are you in any way related to her?" I hear a small chuckle

"Ah, for your question, yes I'm related to her, she is my descendant, a thousand years ago I descent to the earth and fell in love with a mortal men, I knew it was forbidden, but I couldn't stop myself, he was the kindest and most attentive man I ever met, but when I give birth to my daughter the other gods discovered it, and came to take me away, they order me to kill my daughter and husband if I want to keep my divinity, but I couldn't do it, so I gave away my immortality and stay with them, but the years passed and I got a new divinity, now I'm the goddess of love and children, I saw how my husband died, my children got older and die too, so unable to bear seeing my loved ones die before me I decided to came back to heaven, so a thousand years have passed, but I always keep an eye on my descendants. So now, that you know my story I will tell what it's going to happen, my descendant down there shouldn't die today, not even you should have die today, but another god mess his work up, make a pitiful human get mad, and you end up dying, so now I offer you 2 choices, the first one is go to heaven where you will live as an angel, you will wait there till my descendant die and be happy with her, she has a very rare disease and will die in the next 2 years, so even if you didn't die today you wouldn't be happy with her, the other option is go to another world, were you will try to ascend and become a god, then you will have the option to bring Laila back to live, and be happy with her, that's exactly what I did with my husband, now he is also a god, and the one who mess all this up, he will be sleeping in the couch for the next decade, so now child make your choice."

Welp, I didn't expect that, a second chance, and a possibility to see Laila again, and live happy with her, but if I end in another world and that world is incredibly dangerous, I could die before seeing her again, but living in another world and living new adventures sounds exciting.

"Child, don't worry you can chose the world where you will end, and you will a small gift from me, so don't worry you won't die soon, so first let me hear what world you want to end in."

"Okay, let me think."

'What world could be good, maybe the world of RWBY I always want to have a semblance, but Salem is a bitch, and also immortal, and the series is not over, so maybe another world, the world of Bleach, Bleach has always been my favorite manga, till MHA appears, wait a second that's it MHA, I could have an awesome quirk, and become a Hero.'

"Lady, I know what world I want to be, I want to go to the MHA world, but it would be possible to choose the moment in the timeline, I don't want to appear at the same time as the canon, I want to go there years before, I want to be 26 when the canon starts, so I can help the kids get stronger have a place as one of the best heroes of Japan."

And that's how my new live starts.
