Marcius led from the front as the knights behind him followed. The banners of the Solas church flew in the wind as the formation got closer and closer to the enemy.

Marcius's orders echoed through the battlefield as the knights of the church increased their momentum at the last second to increase the devastation they could inflict upon the foe.

"Brace for impact! Brace for the impact!"

The soldiers of the order and the dukedom of Messor saw the knights coming at them with the intention of riding them down. They reacted accordingly and prepared to resist the mounted troops. They deployed the shields and spears at the ready. The discipline and professionalism of the order's troops were displayed at that moment, but it was already too late.
