As he progresses and meets new challenges in the modern world, he slowly learns that there are other Mages trying to take power in the world, invoking the screams of the End Times finally coming to Earth.

The Magitek System

The Mazoku Dojo of Kyoto is a traditional Dojo of martial arts. It is not designed like the Concrete Skyscraper Dojos of Hokkaido, the floating Dojo of Kyushu, or even the volcanic Dojo of Chugoku. The Dojo was laden with wooden architecture, embracing nature as the large compound at the edge of Kyoto City, is surrounded by spans of gardens hidden behind its walls. It had a Shinto Shrine dedicated to the Kami that dwell in the area, and a Buddhist Temple on the opposite side to represent the parallel significance of the philosophies for what the Dojo stood for.

Yuri along with his three companions passed through the back gate.

The guard who was patrolling the small gate paused, and saw the four civilians entering the path.

He looks closer at the unknown visitor. And as Yuri takes off his shades and baseball cap, the guard recognizes him.
