After a chance encounter at Comic-Con. Harvey and Nora fall head over heels for each other. An emergency cuts their time together short and they have to return to their lives on separate sides of the Puget Sound in Washington state. A few months later fate pushes them back into each other's lives. They soon rekindle their passions for each other over a series of emails. Harvey tries to understand what love really is while dealing with his tortured past. Nora explores what it's like to balance her potential future at her dream job versus the pull of love at first sight. They soon find out that the fact that Harvey is a secret billionaire might be enough to keep them from going all in.

Comic Connection

I waited a few days and didn’t get a response back from Harvey. At first, it felt like a high school type romance but now it’s just kind of worrying me. I can’t stop thinking about him. I received my copies of the book and immediately packed a new box with one of them for Harvey. I scribbled his name and shop address on top of the box and placed them next to my desk. Throughout the day I kept seeing it out of the corner of my eye and it just made me feel strange. I felt like it was looking at me like it was trying to talk to me. “Send me!” it screamed as much as something not living can. 


I was only hesitating because I felt like maybe he was going to change his mind and not want it anymore but I couldn’t wait any longer. I knew I might see him in a few days but if I express mail it, he can have it by tomorrow. 


After getting back from the post office I found Miranda sitting on my doorstep.
