Chapter 32: Nora

When I got home I texted Miranda the good news and she wasn’t excited. She seemed hurt but she didn’t realize that I was going to spend the money on both of us, not just me. Even when I spelled it out to her she still wasn’t pleased. She didn’t want to be in my debt but I knew that I couldn’t do it without her. I told her I wouldn’t go unless she came. She caved and finally became as excited as I was.

I had to stop texting her and focus on Harvey for a second. I was supposed to meet him in two days in Seattle and I hadn’t even confirmed it yet.

Nora: So I am free this coming weekend if you want to meet up and have lunch or something. Miranda and I will be in town looking for apartments and my brother sent us tickets for the Seahawks game.

Harvey: Sounds good to me. Saturday okay? I am free all day. Just let me know what your day looks like. We can meet at my shop.

Nora: Cool Cool. I will let you know when we get close. I would say around 1ish if I had to guess.
