A battered Mason sat still on a bed in the asylum infirmary as one of the doctors tended to his wounds Owen, Keith, and Piper had given him. He winced in pain as the doctor held a cloth to his forehead to prevent blood loss.
“You took quite a shot to the head. Do you feel any dizziness or any faint qualities?” the doctor asked.
“No sir,” Mason mumbled. “I did earlier, but not now,” he informed the doctor.
“Alright then,” the doctor said as he took the cloth away from Mason’s forehead. He then grabbed a clipboard with a blank sheet of paper on it with a pen attached to it.
“Now, can you recall what happened when you received these injuries?” he asked Mason as he clicked his pen and began writing down notes.
