Chapter 17: Trial of Carving Ideas

Elsewhere, a tired Mason and Montez were finally free from the cruel dungeon and found a path that led through the forest. Running within the woods to find cover from the guards, the two were able to rid those hunting them off their trail.

“Nah, when I saw that joint, I lowkey was about to walk back upstairs and lock myself back in my cell,” Mason chuckled. “I wasn’t ready for that sh*t at all!”

“You know what’s even crazier? We got through all of that together and I don’t even know your name, bro?” Montez said as Mason stopped in his tracks.

“Wait, did we forget to introduce ourselves?” Mason said as Montez started to laugh again.
