Chapter 34: Trial of Law

Mason clenched his fists and charged at Python, who was slithering his way over to Mason through the valley. As the two finally got within a few feet from each other, the brawl reached its intensity. Python swung his left claw at Mason’s face, but the Monstrosity caught his wrist and prevented it from connecting. Counterattacking, Mason kneed Python in the stomach and flattened him with an elbow to the back of the head. “Come here!” Mason yelled as he grabbed Python by his neck. The evildoer pushed Mason off of him and elbowed him in the face, sending him flying into a wall.

“You know, you’re not as weak as you look, kid,” the snake said as he grabbed Mason by the shoulders and lifted him in the air. “But you’re not strong enough to beat me!” he finished before whipping his tail over his head and sent Mason rolling down the alley.
