Rhea immediately left Elisa on the steps outside and went right to Arras’ study, but it was silent and cold. Faelen rose from his spot by the fireplace to join her, trotting along pleasantly at her side, and she felt some comfort in the dog’s company.

Rhea shook her head.

“Uh, you might not have a choice,” Stephen nodded his head towards Andre Hoffman, who had just caught sight of Rhea and headed towards her.

“Rhea, can I have a moment?” Andre motioned towards the Manor steps.
