Lavinia Hears the Truth.

While Kurayami was off in the Devil territory, everyone was worried for him. Shuri nearly had a heart attack when she heard that her son went off into enemy territory without any backup.

She knew just how strong her son was, but that was still one of her children. She was not the only one worried for him as all the girls were not so sure about letting him and Kuroka go on their own

As such Raynare had called her grandfather so he could stay with her in case something happened to Kurayami. She was not lying when she said she would ask her grandfather to massacre the Devils if they did something to her Kurayami. He was also totally willing to do it if she asked him. Kurayami was his grandson-in-law and if something happen to him she would be hurt.

As such he would willingly march over there and show them why he was not to be fucked with. The Devils were lucky this time as nothing of the sort happen while he was over there.

If not, Azrael would have made sure Devils would be found only in the history books. Even if he was here, he was not going to not do anything so he forced everyone to join his small boot camp.

Tobio, Raynare, Akeno, Esdeath, Lavinia, Annabeth, and Natsume were all dragged along with his training. All the while Tobio felt like an outlier as he was the only male involved, and all the girls were very beautiful.

He felt like an ugly duckling as all of them were interested in Kurayami. Being around them for the time that Kurayami was away made him remember the words of Kurayami.

'If you have no backbone, Sae will never see you as a man and friendzone you.'

Azrael even gave him some advice to be more like Kurayami if he wanted the love of his life to love him. During this time he was looking for a chance to let Lavinina know what he did as he knew Kurayami was close with her.

He also needed to let Lavinia know the truth as he had killed Glenda. If he did not tell her, she would go on in life trying to find her again. It would cause trouble for Kurayami as he would try to help her only to find a rotting corpse.

If it were not for that simple fact he would not have bothered at all. He shook his head as he was doing a lot for Kurayami and his granddaughter.

'What I do for these brats.'

He looked at Esdeath and Raynare who were locked in a spar while they had their Balance Breakers on. He had set up a bounded field for them so they would not cause too much damage.

"Alright that is enough, You two don't need much help at all as you improve the more you fight each other. By sparring often you are ironing out flaws to beat the other."

Esdeath and Raynar dispelled their Balance Breakers as they looked rather tired.

"Grandfather, it seems I can never beat Esdeath at all."

He nodded.

"That is expected, Esdeath has talent equal to yours and she has a Longinus. Plus, you two train every day."

Esdeath smiled at the praise.

"Thank you, sir."

He waved it off.

"This is your own efforts. Not to mention that you two have the potential to become Super fallen angels. I still can't figure out why my son at best had three pairs of wings. Guess fate decided to transfer all that power to you."

Raynare smiled at the thought of her father. He was a kind man who just wanted a happy family. She still was sad about it being her fault he died, but with her grandfather, she did not feel as guilty.

Now it was time for him to tell Lavinia the truth once he got the good out of the way.

"Lavinia, I have something to tell you. You are not going to like it and you may hate me for it."

Raynare was confused about that.

"Grandfather, what do you-"

He raised his hand to stop her for now.

"Raynare, just wait. This is something Lavinia needs to know if she is to be with Kurayami."

Raynare nodded as she looked at Lavinia. The witch was confused, but she stopped to listen.

"What is wrong?"

Azrael looked at her with an expression of pity before he started to ask about her caretaker.

"Your caretaker Glenda, what did you think of her?"

Lavinia smiled as she thought of the woman who took her in.

"Well, she took me in after my parents died and raised me as her own. Why? Do you know her?"

Esdeath knew where he was going with this so she patted Lavinia on the shoulder. She went inside as she felt it was better for her to hear it alone. Raynare followed after her as this was not going to be pretty. Annabeth excused herself while Natsume and Akeno hugged her in support before they left as well.

Tobio did the same as he ran inside to not be around when it happened.

Azrael looked at Lavinia who was expecting some good news.

"I spoke to her over the communicator."

That seemed to make Lavinia very happy.

"What did she say? Did she ask about me?"

Azrael tapped his forehead as he took out the memory of when he killed Glenda from his mind. He stood up and poked her on the forehead as he showed her the entire conversation. The things she saw and heard broke her heart, but not as much as knowing Glenda was dead.

When the memory ended she fell to her knees as she passed out from the shock. At that same moment, Kurayami, Latia, and Kuroka returned to see her pass out. Kurayami rushed out and stopped her from falling to the ground with some surprise.

Latia and Kuroka saw it happen and did not expect it at all. Kuroka felt the turmoil that Lavinia was going through and it ruined her happy mood.

"What happened to her?"

Azrael rubbed his head a little annoyed.

"I told her the truth about what her master thought of her. I also showed her that I killed her, but the shock was greater than I expected."

Kuroka walked up to Lavinia as Kurayami picked her up. She placed her hand on Lavinina's head to help her calm down a little. As for Latia, she did not know what was going on, so she stayed quiet.

Kurayami looked at Azrael with some thanks.

"Thanks for telling her. This way she will know what kind of snake Glenda was. Right now it will hurt, but she will get over it eventually."

Azrael agreed.

"Your right. Now, who is the girl with you."

Latia glanced at Azrael as he felt even more terrifying than Kurayami. He turned to look at her with a small smile.

"I see that Kurayami and the Devils made an agreement. I am Azrael. The grandfather-in-law of that insane brat."

She bowed politely with some courtesy and introduced herself.

"Latia Astaroth sir. What do you mean insane? He seems fine to me."

Azrael patted Kurayami on the shoulder with a smile.

"Nah, he is insane by normal standards. Everyone who is strong is just a little crazy. Welcome to the family I guess."

Latia did not expect to be accepted that quickly.

"Thank you, sir."

Kurayami shook his head as he took Lavinia inside.

"Drop the sir, it will make him feel even older than he already is."

Azrael looked at Kurayami with some annoyance.

"Damn brat. No respect for his elders. I should put you in your place one day."

"Bring it, gramps."

Kurayami ignored him and entered the house. When he entered the house, he saw all of the girls spying through the window. They were checking up on what was said and it was sadder than they expected. Akeno looked at her friend with some sadness in her gaze.

"Brother, will she be alright?"

He shrugged.

"I don't know. Glenda mattered to her very much so her death is taking its toll. In time she will be fine. Oh, this is Latia."

Walburga who was standing at the side with Grayfia laughed at the sight.

"Oh, that Glenda hag is feeding worms now?"

Grayfia bonked her on the head again as this girl seemed to not learn.

"OW! I'm sorry."

Seeing that Rias was not here made her realize that Sirzechs failed. She still greeted her fellow Devil with some respect.

"Welcome, Latia. Care to tell me what happened with Rias?"

Seeing that Grayfia was here surprised her a little.

"Miss Grayfia? What are you doing here?"

"Oh, I stayed behind the first time just to spend some time here. I see that you and Kurayami have come to an agreement."

Latia confirmed it.

"That is right. We talked a bit and agreed on the engagement."

Hearin that made Raynare, Esdeath, and Akeno all look at each other. They started to circle around Latia a little as they checked on her looks, strength, and some of her mannerisms.

Esdeath waved her off as she walked away.

"You pass."

Raynare patted her on the shoulder.

"Welcome to the family."

As for Akeno she gave her a tight hug.

"It's good to meet you. I hope you make my brother happy. He needs that more."

Kurayami walked upstairs to leave Lavinia in his room.

"Glad everyone likes Latia."

He entered his room and laid down Lavinina on it. When he came out of his room he saw his parents come out of their room looking at him like a ghost. His mother was already very far along yet she hugged him tightly making sure he was not injured.

"You're going to make me have a heart attack Kurayami."

Baraqiel hugged his son and wife at the same time as he had been ready to attack the Devils on his own if they did something to his boy.

"Damn brat, your mother never stopped worrying the whole time you were gone."

Kurayami hugged both his parents as he decided to let them know.

"Is this a bad time to tell you I am moving out?"

If Shuri was worried before, now she was just annoyed.

"What brought this along?"

She and Baraqiel let go of their son as he explained.

"Well, I am taking over Grigori in 3 years and I would like a place for me and the girls. I turn 14 in September which is next month so I think it is time for me to move out."

Shuri sighed a little sad.

"Your a young man so I expected it. Not this soon though. Baraqiel, any words for your son?"

Baraqiel patted him on the shoulder with a proud smile.

"Lead as Governor-General in a way you want. You have my support entirely."

Kurayami coughed as he wanted to introduce Latia to them.

"Well, I got another fiance."

Shuri and Baraqiel stopped smiling as they looked at Kurayami with some overwhelmed looks. Shuri especially was overwhelmed as she thought that he would stop with the three he has.

"Isn't it too much already?"

Kurayami shook his head.

"Getting married is not about numbers mom. It's about feelings, I just get close to someone and it leads to more fiances. Come on then."

As he went downstairs Shuri looked at Baraqiel with a sigh.

"Why can he not be happy with just 1 wife? You did."

Baraqiel thought about it and answered on the money.

"This is my take, he is starved for love for some reason. It's like women loving him makes him happy so he prefers a big harem. It is the fact he wants a big family."

Shuri never understood why he came out so depressed.

"I will accept what he wants. It is his married life and not mine to get in the way of."

They both went to meet Latia as they might as well be open to whoever their son decides to marry.
