Dao Sage!
Clap... Clap... Clap...
Until now, Asmodeus remained a couple of miles away clapping in the skies. Gazing upon the scene of herself somehow easily slaughtering Charlotte two miles away, Asmodeus remained composed as if these things weren't all that shocking.
Only the group of Mortal Transcendents were still speechless. Some had thoughts and others tried to come up with conclusions about this event. Whatever the case, upon attaining an understanding of what this probably meant, non dared to believe.
"I-Is this what I think it is..." The Heavenly Celestial mumbled under his breath. For the first time this day, and for the first time in ages, one of the strongest experts of the Green Star World was beginning to feel fear budding in the depths of his heart and soul.
Clang!
Unlike the Heavenly Celestial, Astral was several times more proactive. As others remained unmoving due to the shock coursing through their bodies, Astral's figure flashed and disappeared as a clanging sound caused by the collision of two metallic weapons reverberated.
But, though Astral and Asmodeus's weapon's first collision finally resounded in the environment, there were already tens of afterimages and bright sparks of lights in the skies originating from their continuous collision of weapons.
The scene caused the others to catch themselves. The first to react thereafter was the Soulless Sword Leader as she rushed toward Astral's help who fought Asmodeus now several kilometers away from the group. But, before she could go anywhere...
"Do you think you're in a position to help others?"
Boom!
U-Urgh!
A knee that contained an unbelievably destructive force landed on the Soulless Sword Leader's gut, sending her figure hurdling across the skies. The cause for this was what would seem like another Asmodeus that had come into existence as one fought Astral and the first to appear stood calmly watching these events unfold.
This Asmodeus adorned the clothing she had on before being enveloped by the sea of lava at the depths of the abyss.
"This...!"
Seeing another Asmodeus appear, Astral, mid-fight, almost froze with an aghast expression as his face constantly contorted and darkened. Dodging a strike from Asmodeus, he made a distance between her and himself as he stated with an angry voice.
"You better not push me! Even now, I'm willing to let these things slide. You can ignore me and when three months pass and my disciples exit the Holy Lands, I'll carry them back to the Limitless Void World.
Then, you'll have this world for yourself. With your strength, it'll be simple to get rid of the ordinary Mortal Transcendents of this world like Godly Jade Emperor." The fight was brought to a halt as his words landed as if Asmodeus suddenly gained an interest in what he was saying.
"Oh, seriously?" Asmodeus assessed, "What you said does make sense. Even though I've not used my full strength, neither have you... unlike the Heavenly Celestial and the others, you are much more troublesome than any regular Mortal Transcendent entity."
Hearing this, Astral's expressions calmed ever so much. The battle came to a halt as the two conveyed their thoughts with the other in the skies. But, upon saying her first few words, giving Astral the illusion that things might still be salvaged, she continued by saying.
"But the thing is, not only do I desire to complete the task I was assigned, which involves executing punishment to all beings in this world for raising the death energy to such a level, but also, recruit one of your disciples along with a disciple from the Heavenly Celestial Sect."
Thrum!
The space vibrated violently as Astral's dangerous aura seeped out of his body. The skies became an even darker shade of crimson as the sword in Astral's hand grew a few inches and one could even see streams of dark crimson aura coming from all different directions rushing into the sword.
This was the vitality and strength of the mortals on this continent. Their power was absorbed constantly as with the sudden change in Astral's mood, the speed increased by several times as Astral's aura only served to grow even stronger.
"Woman! I warn you right now, I do not wish for a battle but that doesn't mean that I will allow you to act this arrogantly. This is your last chance..." Astral warned for the final time as a weird symbol lit up between his eyebrows.
Humph!
"Who do you think you are? As I said, I desire Blade so I'll have him. Since when did you think you have the option to decide anything..." Asmodeus's voice was powerful and shook the space. Cracks formed in the skies as if it was glass and was ready to break.
Standing mid-air, this Asmodeus began to fade as the Asmodeus that casually observed everything disappeared, reappearing several meters away from Astral who struck out at her instantly upon her emergence.
"Among my abilities, the time clone is the weakest... Okay then Astral, let my true body show you the difference between a Mortal Transcendence and a Dao Sage!"
Thrum!
'Dao Sage?!' This title appeared in Astral's mind as his sword rushed toward Asmodeus. Showing a shocked and fearful emotion in his eyes, it was a little too late. He had already struck out full force toward Asmodeus and it was too late to pull back...
Clang!
The sound of two metallic objects colliding reverberated throughout the skies. A shockwave then occurred, traveling through the skies of the Heavenly Celestial Continent and beyond.

In the Limitless Sky Continent, each residence heard this sound. A booming clang obliterated the eardrums of the mortals.
Clang!
In the Heavenly Demon Continent, this same clanging sound caused the same severe reaction, and most under the Mortal Sage realm fell unconscious. Just like these two continents, the same happened in the Godly Jade Empire and the eastern continent ruled by the Soulless Sword Sect...
The sudden booming sound entered the several waste continents around this world and even into the void of space, home of the ocean of stars.

The Heavenly Celestial Continent had practically died. The lands were barren and there was a dark crimson aura that signaled the amount of death that had taken place. The beings who had their vitality in the representation of their blood drained from their bodies had become uncountable as Astral battled Asmodeus in a world-shattering collision.
Boom!
Somewhere in the Heavenly Continent, an explosion occurred as the Soulless Sword Leader and the Godly Jade Emperor hurdled into two large mountains spanning several thousands of feet above the surface yet, immediately upon impact, these mountains were pulverized into a large dust cloud.
The Heavenly Celestial and the creation next to him with a similar appearance were perfectly working in synchronicity. Even then, they could only stall for time when facing merely one Asmodeus who eluded their attacks only to counter with much more powerful blows.
With each attack, it seemed as if their internal organs would instantly explode. The strikes from Asmodeus were simply too powerful. Rushing into the skies, Godly Jade Emperor struck toward the lone figure...
Crunch!
His armor shattered instantly thereafter as his figure descended from the skies with a fist imprinted into his chest. Crashing into the surface of the scorched and destroyed land, his body was beaten and his bones were shattered as he stared at the skies in a daze while coughing up blood.
With a sword in hand and a large clock above her head protecting her from Asmodeus's strikes, Soulless Sword Leader fearlessly rushed toward the lone figure in a gas mask. Pointing her finger at the dark crimson clouds above, Asmodeus brought her hand down.
Boom! Crack! Boom! Crack! Boom! Crunch!
Breaking through the skies, a sword suddenly appeared. It was transparent and magical as it released a silver blinding light that could easily replace the light of the sun. As it descended from the skies like the heavenly sword of the world's creator, it was impossible to see its end as if it was infinite in size!
BOOM!
The sword collided with the treasure above Soulless Sword Leader's head. With such a powerful defensive treasure, Soulless Sword Leader didn't need to worry as she continued rushing toward Asmodeus but...
Puchi!
Under the immense force of this infinitely large transparent god-like sword, her treasure was almost immediately destroyed. It then went on to graze Soulless Sword Leader's skin before suddenly disappearing in a powerful gust of wind but even though it was merely a graze, Soulless Sword Leader's descent to the land couldn't be anymore faster.
Booming explosions resounded several times as she destroyed any barriers and limitations of speed in this world. Her skin and flesh were almost completely burnt by the time she landed on the surface of the earth causing an even louder explosion and larger crater than Godly Jade Empire.
Boom!
Crashing into the earth was the Heavenly Celestial as he joined in a reunion with his other comrades now sprawled out and unmoving as their internal structure was haywire and blood oozing from their pores.
WAA!
A bright light flashed in the skies as a boundless aura fell and the dark crimson clouds instantly cleared up as a bright light equal to that of an exploding star appeared.
The two most powerful beings on this planet collided as a frigid aura immediately threatened to freeze the air and space. Crimson-colored snow fell from the skies as Astral parried a strike from the true body of Asmodeus but, even then...
"I congratulate you for surviving one percent of my power," Asmodeus stated. Appearing next to her was another Asmodeus in a gas mask. A bloodied Astral watched on as these two figures turned illusionary before blurring as right after, only the masked-up Asmodeus remained.
"If I continue with this destruction, this planet would become a waste and not be capable of reproducing any life energy...
With that in mind, Astral, have you experienced the void of space yet?" She asked while appearing in front of him, giving him a gas mask that appeared in her hand and simultaneously pressing her palm on his chest, gathering power in it before...
Boom!
Astral's body turned numb as an undoubtedly more powerful aura coursed through his body, forcefully sending him higher... Higher and higher into unknown territory beyond the skies of this world and into darkness.
