BOOM!
As the dust and smoke cleared, in the land where the Heavenly Celestial City once resided, a city that was fairly famous as it was the one city closest to the Sect itself, one would see a large abyss-like crater in the surface.
This was a disaster that seemed to have been caused by the beings of hell trying to crawl their way up to the surface of the earth.
The crater was like a gateway to the hellish flames of that unholy location as coincidental enough, at the depths of this hole, molten rocks and lava with heat reaching an unbelievable level appeared.
One must understand, this kind of heat would instantly kill anything or anyone. Martial Sovereigns, Mortal Sages, and even the boundless Mortal Transcendents, in the face of this intense heat that originated from the core of Green Star World, any mortal would watch in pain as their bodies melt in as much time as they could process a single thought.
After all, this wasn't the core of a normal celestial body of the universe but the core of a world that produced cultivators.
Of course, this was a world of a much higher level. So no matter who it was, whether they be the transcendent figures like the Heavenly Celestial or the one with the strongest body, the Godly Jade Emperor, in this heat, they'd watch on as their bodies melt and death met up with them.
At least, this was what it was supposed to be like. In the sea of lava, one would see a singular figure with pristine white skin and beauty of a level that couldn't be called mortal. Her allure would single-handedly spark wars between world-shaking empires.
Due to the heat of the sea of lava, Asmodeus's clothes and the mask were instantly burnt off of her body, giving access to a full view of her small and soft tender lips equally as red as the lava. Only her head poked through the lava itself as she watched up, her eyes being otherworldly crystals that were capable of seeing across any distance.
Due to the fist of the Godly Jade Emperor, she found herself hundreds of miles below the surface of Green Star World and incredibly close to the burning and spinning core. As her vision crossed this incredible distance, her eyes blinked and immediately after, landed on the Godly Jade Emperor and the others who had now gathered around at the edge of the crater.
...
...
...
"Do you think that was enough...?" The Heavenly Celestial asked with a cautious tone. His eyes landed on the Overseer of the Limitless Sky Sect with the ability to peer into the mysteries of time and the future.
"Humph! Do you think that you can survive even a second in the depths of this abyss?" As arrogantly as before, the Godly Jade Emperor retorted with a haughty smirk causing a sigh to escape the lips of the Soulless Sword Leader.
"Tsk, what are you sighing about..!" Godly Jade Emperor scowled as the Soulless Sword Leader shrugged her shoulders, saying, "You and a child... there isn't much of a difference, is there?"
Ay!
The Godly Jade Emperor's face morphed once again. His stifling and overbearing transcendent aura began seeping out of the pores of his body but before it could go any further...
"Fuck..."
Cursing out loud, Astral brought attention to himself as all eyes focused on his that still lacked any whites in them as he stared toward the depths of the abyss. Almost immediately after, his figure blurred as he hurriedly made a distance.
"Hurry! Move!" The words of the Overseer of the Limitless Sky Sect resounded in the area as she quickly spun around to make a distance as if running away from a life-threatening event.
Heavenly Celestial, Soulless Sword Leader, and Godly Jade Emperor all had much more profound power and ability than the Overseer so they were able to swiftly react but, unlike them, the four ancestors of the Godly Jade Empire weren't that profound.
Puchi! Puchi! Puchi! Puchi!
Heads flew to the skies as blood followed thereafter covering the skies with a crimson color. Four figures found their heads detached as their headless bodies fell to the ground with a thud as the cause was a semi-transparent blade that released a silvery glow.
BOOM!
This blade exploded in the skies causing a booming explosion. Crossing thousands of meters to evade these blades were the now remaining five transcendent mortals who watched from a few miles away as a single figure slowly floated into the air from an abyss-like hole in the surface.
This figure caused waves of emotions to flow through the bodies of all the Mortal Transcendents whether they be the arrogant Emperor or the always-calm Astral... Some felt tremors of fear while others were confused as to how she could survive a greeting with the core of Green Star World.
These emotions were soo shocking that Astral regained his black pupils and white sclera as the black sword in his hand disappeared. His eyes were utterly serious and determined as his voice entered the Heavenly Celestial ears...
"Previously, this threat wasn't big enough to risk the lives of all beings on this continent but, I'm sorry, even if they need to die, she needs to be killed at the cost of anything or anyone."
Rumble!
Saying this, ripples in the space in front of him appeared. The faces of everyone present changed slightly from his words.
A red mist permeated the air. It began as small as only in the general location of the group but slowly began expanding, reaching the skies and growing.
Before long, it covered tens of miles, then hundreds of miles, thousands of miles, tens of thousands of miles, hundreds of thousands of miles as it then went on to cover practically half of the continent.
This red mist only stopped growing and covering the azure skies when it fully enveloped the Heavenly Celestial Continent.
Unlike the green sun hanging in the skies that released a life aura that went on to bless the mortal people with energy, this red mist created the illusion of sucking the energy in their body as immediately after appearing, some of the old and weak mortals began collapsing, falling unconscious...
"You!" The Heavenly Celestial growled in anger as he already sensed the disciples in his Heavenly Celestial Sect suffering from this. Not just them but the whole continent which his divine sense encompassed.
"Both you and I know this is necessary." Astral said with a monotone voice as he turned his gaze to the other individuals in the group, saying, "You all best take out whatever treasures you have hidden away since several generations ago when you entered the Holy Lands and also the treasures that you've stolen from those who've gained a lot in the Holy Lands...
From what I sense, this woman, Asmodeus isn't a normal Mortal Transcendent!" The boundless killing intent only capable of being owned by a transcendent entity was then released. With nothing more to say, Astral's main focus was now on the floating figure a couple of miles away.
Standing mid-air, Asmodeus watched Astral take out a weapon that single-handedly was capable of causing the deaths of the billions of individuals inside this continent. From there, the Soulless Sword Leader waved her hand as a crack in space above her head appeared, and a large bell the size of three tall humans appeared.
In the Heavenly Celestial's right hand, the semi-transparent spear he held onto broke apart into shards of ice. His face was contorted as these shards of ice formed into a drop of water as he opened his right palm and split his palm with his left hand causing blood to drip onto the drop of water.
WAA!
With a brilliant reddish-blue light, suddenly, a humanoid ice figure appeared next to the Heavenly Celestial. Besides the color difference, this figure was as similar to the Heavenly Celestial as one would expect from twins...
BOOM!
Golden shards flew around the Godly Jade Emperor.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
These golden shards formed around the body of the Emperor. Like solving a puzzle, these shards fitted together perfectly as with each shard's connection, loud booming explosions occurred. Before long, a golden-armored Godly Jade Emperor appeared.
Asmodeus, now adorned in a silver dress that perfectly wrapped around her body, watched on at these changes. Her silver-gloved hands suddenly began clapping. She held the appearance of a noble as her beauty was on full display without the gas mask covering.
It wasn't a wonder why that Adrian fellow would go through drastic measures to ensure that Blade who Asmodeus showed interest in would be dead. She, Asmodeus, was truly beautiful as her sweet voice entered the ears of the Mortal Transcendents gathered in a group for the final time...
"Good good, now that you've all entered your final forms, I'll show you a little bit of my true power now..!" The contents of her words that traveled across miles to enter their ears brought about a sudden feeling of trepidation.
"Is she important?" Asmodeus asked. Her question caused Astral's face to frown as he shouted in confusion, "How!"
As for the reason, it was because, as Asmodeus stood miles away clapping, Asmodeus appeared next to Charlotte, holding her by the neck and squeezing it tightly.
Boom! Puchi!
Before anyone could react, the one person who could see the future in their group had their head burst merely by the force of the grip of Asmodeus.
"What, did you not think that I could see her little interferences in the course of events of the passage of time? Humph! Merely observing time is child's play to me...!"
Yes, even though Charlotte could see the future, she still didn't see the future where she was killed before she could even process or react by who, or how!
