DON'T BE SO MEAN

There wasn't anything but when he looked down, he saw that there was a petite figure curled like a furry ball in the corner of the closet clutching its knee closely as if its life depended on it. Astrel figured out it was a girl. Some of her golden hair lock strands were covering her small beautiful face. Her eyes were shut tightly as if someone was about to give her a tight slap. She had a pointed nose which was a bit scrunched and a tempting pink plump lips. What was she even doing here and what is she mumbling to herself?

He leaned a bit forward to hear her. "Please don't be mother.. please don't be mother.." she was continuously murmuring as if a small infant child would say once she's done something wrong and didn't want to get caught. He was quite confused. Why mother? And why is she even here? Wait..a..minute... I've seen her somewhere... Oh, she's the same girl I met earlier, thought Astrel figuring out who she was.

"Hey, kitty..." he called out she didn't hear him call her so he called her out once again raising his voice a bit. This time she snapped open her doe-like eyes with a confused expression.

"You? What are you doing here and where's Jimmy " she asked.

"Well, I would question you the same. Are you a thief? I saw you earlier too, sneaking and running away. " She truly didn't resemble like one of the thieves though she was sneaking in and out. It did confuse the man.

"How dare you accuse me of being a thief? You're the one.."

"Shhh.. you don't want yourself being caught here by others, don't you, darling?"

Of course, he figured out that she didn't like the idea by her body language.

"Off... Can you at least, say me where Jimmy is?" She asked me.

"Why don't you go look for yourself instead of staying here in the closet in an unladylike manner, right?" Her lean legs were too exposed due to the position she was staying in. 'Is she in a... bathrobe? What the hell? Why was she even dressed in a bathrobe?' screamed to himself, Astrel.

Well, she did get out of the closet, but not forgetting the glare she gave him,' Jeez.. the nerve she has,' thought Astrel.

"This anonymous guy is annoying.." she mumbled in a low voice though he caught it.

"I can still hear your little kitty."

"So what? You are an annoying house fly," she said.

"You are trying to test my patience, huh? Get out of here before I do something that you might regret messing with me," he said annoyingly.

"What? Huh? What are you to do? You are the one who is in my house, not the other way round. How dare you order me? "

"Wait. What? Demus never mentioned to me about having a daughter. Are you his daughter?" he didn't expect such a thing from her.

"And you might be one of the guests, mother mentioned me about. Quite annoying though," the latter was said out a little incoherent with a displeasing look on her face. He didn't expect the girl to be this fierce, for she was so silent back then when they accidentally met before, back in the garden.

"Okay... So what were you doing, getting down from the window pane earlier and now in my room closet?"

Knock! Knock!

Both of them glanced at the door which was being knocked on. Astrel was with an annoyed displeased look for he didn't like being interrupted by anyone. Especially this was the second time he was being interrupted when he was with the girl. When he was about to open up the door something tugged his hand. He looked down and it was the girl who was barely the height of his shoulder. He looked at her with a questioning gaze.

"Please don't let anyone know that I was here," she said with a low voice.

Astrel smirked, 'So, she did have this side in her too... okay. She was confusing him with her changing attitude.' thought Astrel.

He went to look for the door.

'It was Ashley. You too, the second time?'

"Hey. Bro! What took you so long? I've been knocking you for a long while," said Ashley.

"Then you should have a better knowledge to leave without annoying me."

"Uh... Brother, don't be so mean. It hurts me," he said, dramatically as if he had been hurt.

"What's your purpose for the visit? I already am feeling tired of you. If it isn't important, you may leave me in peace," said Astrel, with an annoying look.

"You are so rude... Can't you even invite me into your room?"

"It isn't something new that you do not know about me. Just leave the doorstep without nagging onto me like a little girl and get lost, there's nothing special to see in here," saying that, Astrel just shut the door on Ashley's face and turned to see the girl, but she wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Then he saw the glass door to the patio slightly ajar. He went to see if she was there but there too, she wasn't there to be seen.

"Looks like she had long left when I was talking to that nagging brother of mine," thought Astrel to himself. Shrugging the thoughts off his mind, he went to refresh before he got into the unfamiliar bed.
