"It's been done," Javier said when I walked back into the house from my shopping trip into town, which sadly had taken a lot longer than I had anticipated, factoring in the unwelcome wagon I encountered at the store.
"What?" I asked him, fear crept up around my ankles. It seemed fear was more present with my sister's presence.
"I sent word to Geun Kal, he's been alerted of our interest to meet with him and has agreed to our terms of location and time," Javier said. He was sitting in the living room. Antonia had a thing for flowers and weirdly shaped Knick knacks from the mushrooms in the kitchens, to the strange dolls in the living room. "Have you spoken to Beatrice?" I asked him as I placed the bags down on the large bold teal and red floral wingback chair.
