Maxine s POV
A faint shake of my shoulders woke 'kin. Drowsily I rolled my eyes, we were in front of the mansion and I didn't even realize it because I fell asleep. I adjusted myself to get off.
"Are we there yet?" I asked Hevo while unlocking the seatbelt.
"Quite ..."
My forehead furrowed as I looked at it. If so, why didn't he wake me up?
"Because you had a good sleep, so I let you go first."
I glanced at my watch, and my eyes were rolling when I saw the time. For God's sake, it's 11:12 PM!
"Hays, oh my gosh. You should have woken me up, "I said confused. "Bye Hevo. Thanks for the delivery! " I groaned and quickly got out of the car, I ran to the gate.
I don't know if Hevo answered yet, I'm in a hurry. Maybe that's what Mom thinks .. and I come home more often at this time.
But when you look at it, it looks like I still have a midnight sermon.
