When Isaiah and Malcolm heard the news that their children wanted to fight alongside their cousin, they weren't thrilled, but they didn't object.
It was already a miracle that Nicholas had willingly taught his cousins the new techniques he had discovered. They were well aware that their prince was not one to trust easily.

"Do you think he has reconsidered?" Kara asked her cousin as they sat in his office.
Since the day that he taught his cousins they had become inseparable. Nicholas had for the first time truly allowed his family in.
"I doubt it." Brie said as she handed Nicholas a report coming from her own spy master.
They had decided to split the resources, making sure that every inch of the palace at Gaia was covered.
"He's starting to assemble his men at Gaia." Nicholas read as he handed the paper to Matthew who read it.
