"Are you sure this would work?" Ivrea asked as her lips started trembling after hearing her grand plan. "Could we not just crawl into another hole?" She believed it was better than what Elisia suggested for her to do. 

She was not like her friends, who could effortlessly summon their courage and achieve excellence in everything they did. She had to take more time and do more than them. So much more than that to be near as close to them.

"This is the only option we have, or we abandon our plans completely," Elisia asked her, making her question if her fear was more than her love for her friend.

"But..." She was about to protest, hoping they could still conceive a safer and better solution to their present dilemma.

"Do you think Avana would be safe in the hands of that Prince? We don't have time to think of another way." Elisia pointed out, which only increased the stake and the pressure she felt.
