"Jeremiah and Gary should go with you. You'd need an extra pair of hands for offense and another for defense, I hope you understand what I'm talking about." Nathan remarked.

Elena flashed him a knowing smile. "Of course, I understand. I'm sure my Vice would never make a plan to actively harm me."

It was just an offhanded comment but most picked up and solidified it. It was assured now that even if Nathan did not want it, he would still become the Vice Herald of Red Wing Thunder.

They did not know how to take the news.

Elena turned to Jeremy and Gary. "So what do you guys say?... Are you willing to come with me?"

Jeremy sighed. "I guess I don't have much of a choice." Inwardly though, he was seething. Elena was thinking of giving such an important position to Nathan.
