Suddenly, a mocking laugh that echoed across the battlefield with a fervor rained down their parade, cooling the heated area.

They shifted their attention to Nathan, pissed off that a person they looked up to was actually mocking them.

He was most likely corrupted by the stuck up nature of those geniuses and now, he ended up acting like them.

It was pathetic from their point of view.

In any case, Nathan didn't mind their stares, laughing to his heart's content before regaining his composure.
