Peaceful Conquering

Elias woke up at 22:30 in the morning. The weather was warm and the light from the fog was increasing. He moved the Island looking for a normal Island, but he did not find any.

He did not relent and he kept searching until he was able to find an Island that seemed to have a Mutated Rat on and calculated that he could fight it.

He moved his Island close and then he saw it was the same looking Mutated Rat he fought the first time, but for some reason, he felt like he could beat it. He took two rocks and stood looking at Mutated Rat.

The moment the Mutated Rat jumped at him, it appeared that it was moving slowly and by the time the Mutated Rat entered Island it was weakened further, at the same time Elias threw the rocks he was holding at the Mutated Rat, breaking its head with ease.

The Mutated Rat was killed just like that. He wondered what the level of a rat was and pointed his wand at it.

[Mutated Rat Islander, Grade 0, Level 3.]

'Haha, so it was just level three. Damn it is so easy!"

He walked on the Island carrying all the wood and water he found to his Island. The water is contaminated but since he was level 10 he can drink a little.

After that, he began searching for another easy Island like that. Sadly they are hard to come

The next day, Day 5. At 12:30 he finished his preparation for a fight. As he realised, every daily mission is something very dangerous.

After looking at the shadows beyond the 10-meter clear fog, he couldn't tell them apart and then he just bought +10 luck again and that automatically dragged his Island to one of the shadows. And when the content of the Island appeared in his sight he was elated.

On it was a water pond covering half of the Island. And besides, the pond was a Goat grazing on grass. Also, there was a white-coloured Chest. Though he despises chests, he kinda feels this one is promising.

He kindly moves his Island to the new Island watching the reaction of the Goat and yet it only looks up to him and then it bleats with agitation. Elias concluded that it would be safe and he allowed his Island to touch the new island with his.

The moment he did that the two Islands began merging. He watched in wonder as to how the edge of the Islands became soft like wet mud, then began mixing and gradually merging, until the sand on his Island and the sand on the other Island mixed and stirred, merging themselves.

When it came to the water in the new Island, the water behaved unnaturally and did not spill off the two merging Islands, but rather as if it was being held in place by some force.

The grasses too just follow the behaviour of the sand gently transferring to each other with no problems.

The result was a 10 Diameter Island.

Elias has never watched the process attentively with a clear mind before, until now. He believed that this must be some kind of Magic or Advanced Technology. And he did not believe the type of technology he witnessed in his life is capable of doing something like this.

There is no appliance behind it, what he sees was just the sand, rock and the whole Island behaving and moving in themselves and then merging.

He sighed and looked at the Goat that is now staring at him warily. He laughed and bent down, he plucked some grasses and put them in his mouth to eat.

"Amazing. It looks like all edible grasses are chewy and delicious. I already feel my hunger abating as if I ate enough food!" he remarked.

After eating some, he feels satisfied. He also drinks water from the pond. The water cooled his mind and heart. He sat and leaned on the big rock and sighed.

Elias's face became calm as he began to remember something. Back when he was in the organisation there was a group of rich folk that paid their organisation to build an Entertainment Game.

He was one of the personnel that prepared the game. And one thing peculiar about the game is that it's brutal. Life was at stake for whoever participated in it.

Though those that won become millionaires overnight!

His assumption was tilted toward that, as this place is just a prepared game that he was forced to play for the amusement of others. Sadly, everything he sees and experiences is denying that hypothesis.

It seems like he was transferred into another world entirely. And this world has its own laws of physics. Or if he was honest to himself, all this feels like the legendary Magic he heard about.

"Sigh, all I have to do now is survive all this endeavour and finish the five trials. Only then will I get the answers I want. Well, that was according to the Wand!" He mulled.

Saying that he looked at the Wand and information was transmitted to his brain.

[Congratulations you have eaten Abinci Plant. A type of plant that satiates the hunger for three days for every ten stalks eaten!]

"Hmm, so it is a grass that gives a full stomach when eaten." He remarked.

Elias looked at the goat that started rumination and then he looked at White Chest that was far away from him. He wanted to check it but his PTSD against Cursed Chests stopped him from doing so. In the end, he closed his eyes to take a nap.

The Chest is on his Island, after all, thus belonging to him.

Elias Gobarau woke up with a nudge and he found his Cursed Chain Chest was touching him. At the same time, he sees two chains flailing in the air as if trying to tell him something. He stood and looked around.

The Goat had its eyes closed as if sleeping while everything was normal, but looking up he saw a shadow beyond the range of his Clear Fog. And the shadow is moving closer and closer to him.

"A development? So, Island can come to me too? If that was the case then that would be more dangerous…!"

He did not finish saying that, he quickly drove his Island away from the incoming Island.
