Transcendent gods' Bane: Fourth Stage

The surge of energy from both Zamira and me is overwhelming. My Ki is powerful, but my physical body struggles to handle it. The strain threatens to tear my muscles apart. Continuing like this will only cripple me in a few moves. It seems I miscalculated and misjudged my opponent for the first time in a while. But right now, my main concern is my own body, which is the conduit for my abilities.

There's only one option...

"Zamira!" I call out, catching her attention as she tightens her grip on her sword. Her eyes radiate with a bright light, but it fades when she hears her name. She keeps holding her sword firmly.

"Think about the countless lives that could be lost if we fight. Let's approach this situation differently," I suggest, consciously reducing my Ki to ease the strain on my body.

"What alternative do you propose? You need a reminder of your place. Your upbringing clearly lacked manners," Zamira retorts, her tone dripping with disdain as she prepares to attack me.
